Their arrangements for the dogs are spacious and very thoughtful. When we had both dogs, they had a pen with closed shelter, which opened up to a garden area the dogs really love. In summer there is a little paddle pool for them too! Now we have just one Jack Russell, Audrey, she stays in an enclosure on a verandah of the house, sitting on a couch in the sunshine! The care that is given to the dogs is first rate, and the fees very reasonable. We are so thankful we have a special place to leave Audrey. It's her home from home!

Whilst sitting there I heard them aggressively saying " sit down " over and over... I wasn't aware they were talking about Roger at that stage.. Hairdryer stops and the owner said to the assistant " now i have to ring that bitch to pick up" Realising it was me I said " I'm here" Silence! She sent the young girl out who was embarrassed and started to tell me that Roger fell off the table!! He appeared ok and i left! Wow.. Mmm hence to say I never returned!!!!

We took our Labradoodle here for a wash & trim paying attention to the ears on the end & his paws…read more What we got back was a dog with no hair on his ears & the hair trimmed from his paws & 70mm up his legs & his head hair had been trimmed to make him look like a poodle, in actual fact he looked more like a monkey. As my wife picked up the dog & I only saw him when she came home & when we looked at what these people had done to our beautiful pal I was absolutely disgusted. I left it for a week & then went back to speak to the person in charge & she was adamant that she had said that they would have to trim all the hair from his ears, I was stood there & know what was said & it wasn't that, sadly she was neither contrite nor apologetic but had the nerve to ask me to use them again ...........I don't think so
