On date of signing, I see no sign of the person who handling my case. No explanation whatsoever. No witnesses. Just come and sign the paper and that is it ! At some point, I really ask myself what kind of thing I am dealing with! They handle your case in the very last minute. Try to request everything from you and expect you to submit within 24 hours before Escrow closes. How professional !!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible !!! Important thing needs to say it thrice. We are in the process of touring and applying to other properties, and after yet another document request from Fay on Thursday, we decided to withdraw our application from the property as other landlords and property management teams were asking for less and also ready to approve and move forward. We sent a very courteous email letting her know that we were withdrawing our application Thursday night and Friday morning we received this: "I worked numerous hours on your applications. You guys should have been upfront with me from the beginning so I dont waste my time." We understand screening takes effort, but applicants are also investing time, application fees, and gathering extensive documentation. A more professional response would have simply acknowledged the withdrawal. That being said, I believe you should be cautious renting from this company, some of their realtors are lacking in their customer service skills and I'm sure that carries over into their properties, based on the reviews below.
