We had to be out of our house the next day and were unable to access our unit because of the broken elevator. They told us they would provide another Storage Unit, but we had to pay for it! Really? This facility has had sewage problems, water, problems, and mice. Beware!

Facility advertises ease of storage: drive in, store in temp controlled environment, drive out. But now you either have to load in through a person-sized door or they have to leave a gate open, making the facility less secure. I have 5 units for my customers and access is terribly inconvenient. Yet I cannot get a call back from a district/regional manager! Guaranteed they will raise the rent after 1-2 months when all your stuff is in storage and it is a pain to move it. Would not recommend this storage facility. They only care about their income and do not care about inconvenience to their customers! In addition, they won't even pay for someone to man the facility and only provide a kiosk inside an office that is often locked. I have spoken to a manager at the other location, and 2 customer service reps and still no call from a district manager!

I am a…read morelittle disappointed with the false advertising that said the first month was $1, and or rent for half price. Neither of these were offered to me. They said the half price promotion was for one month and I need te unit for only two months until I move. The $1 promotion was only for the smallest unit. I used this location because it is convenient for the movers when I move in July. Heidi is very kind and could only do what is offered.

This storage facility was our 2nd choice due to location and it was more than we wanted to pay, but…read morewas close to our new house. Upon move out day this past Saturday, we found that when loading up boxes a massive infestation of roaches crawling all over our boxes. My husband went into the office and reported this issue and was told that it was not their problem and they couldn't control what people brought in. My husband asked what they recommended that we do and was told to bug bomb the unit. This was devastating since we brought our belongings to be kept safe and sound and not be infested with roaches. The storage management needs to try and keep the units clean and use a routine pest control. Also, the walls in the units are not the best condition and this also contributes to this awful problem. Hopefully others see this and can check on their units soon.
