They left us paying $1300 in fines and penalties! They did not offer to help pay any of it, even though 100% of the mistakes were their fault. Look up: Payroll services: Within one hour of calling Precisely Payroll, they were loading my information in so they could move onto doing my very next payroll! They even let me know if I exempted the owner, I would not have to pay SUI tax anymore on his wages. An annual $1300 savings! Communication and billing practices during my case were troubling -- my trust account balance dropped unexpectedly, and when I raised concerns, Mr. Hattaway withdrew from representation. Afterward, I learned that Mr. Hattaway was publicly disciplined by the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board in 2024 for neglecting a client's case, failing to communicate, and practicing law while ineligible.
