May things promised they could do for our business took too long to execute, made us pay for services that eventually would be straight canceled from an auditing process State Farm performs, and leaves us with services promised and paid that ultimately left us without insurance on short notice. The local agents should learn their product they are selling to the consumer so that the consumer isn't left without insurance and a bill for nothing. read more
