We are now in September 2026 and A1 appliance is unable to locate the receipt for the purchase in order for us to submit it to GE for a refund. They "have no record of the purchase." We have waited more than a week now and have received no word from A1. In the meantime, we have a repair company coming, and we have to pay a diagnostic fee. Would simply like A1 to stand by this product and repair it, but it is very difficult to get A1 as their business hours are extremely limited and when I could reach them, their ability to respond to concerns and needs seems almost nil at this point. They have not been responsive in standing by their product or work. Would never do business with this company again. There is no "deal" here unless you receive a new appliance from them that has no problems.

I had to go back to the job the next day and finish with a 40ft ladder. To top all of this off, the owner somehow figured that I owed him $295 for an additional half day rental and when he couldn't reach me to inform me of this, he called my customer and threatened to put a lean on his house. This is the absolute worst rental company that I have even worked with and I would recommend definitely driving out of your way to go somewhere else.
