Ryan put a comprehensive price proposal together that included contingency expenses I would need to cover. This remodel took approximately 4 weeks. And no surprises related to cost based on the proposal. All the tile work, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finish work was completed by highly skilled professionals. All showed up when they said they were coming and were very respectful of my time and living space. The work area was always clean at the end of the day. We were missing a couple items after our build, like a screen for one of the windows (replaced eventually); and some heater register covers (never received). These were extremely minimal items. Honestly, the ease of having them coordinate our electrician, painter, plumber, and closing was well worth it. We would use them again if we decided to build again.
