You get updated emails if there were any changes to your flight. Going to Warsaw from JFK was an overnight flight. Dinner was served. The chicken was good. Got to see two movies. Snacks was also served. Seats were comfortable. Staff greeted you as you boarded the plane and said their goodbyes after you deplane. Returning to the states during the morning from Krakow was a short flight to Warsaw. We got snacks and a drink. Warsaw flight to JFK in the afternoon was very pleasant. The airline staff was attentive and we got lunch- Ruske Pierogies (my favorite) as well as a snack. Flight was not packed at all. Will definitely be flying LOT Polish airlines again. They fly over 120 destinations throughout Europe, Asia and North America this was listed on their website.

Secondly it's not that big and it's really easy to navigate. Your taxi or Uber can drop you right in front of the terminal. You aren't harassed or anything either when you get out of the airport to find your taxi or right here. Warsaw is a great city to travel in. The security is thorough and quick and they are polite. No yelling and it was so calm when I was there. I like how all the terminals are arranged in a line so it's easy to find them. The LOT Lounge is right in the beginning so it might be good to go inside if it happens to be before you go through security so you don't have to go through it again. I had already gone through security and my flight was way down at another gate and so I used the lounge down there (there are 2). There is one lounge which you can access with Priority Pass. If you don't have lounge access, I think there are lots of cute places to get a bite to eat or a drink at this airport. There is even a sushi vending machine! There's also very good duty-free. It's a very clean airport and the bathrooms are nice. I really have nothing bad to say about this airport. I wish more airports in the USA were this easy.

I was surprised to see that this airport was really clean. I was expecting an airport that might need some attention paid to it, but that is not the case here. The waiting areas could have more seating and wait times were long because we missed our original flight due the the weather in London. The airline gave us a food voucher which the hostess at the restaurant seemed annoyed waiting on us.
