Richard arrived in a clean sign-written van and with a big friendly smile on his face. He inspected my boiler and immediately find out what was wrong with it. He gave me two options for the fix - a cheaper (less robust and likely to fail in a year or two) and a more expensive one with a a much better outlook. He was honest and transparent when explaining the pros and cons of each option. It was obvious that he did not trying to influence my decision but wanted me to make an informed one. I chose the more expensive but more reliable one and I am quite happy with my decision. The boiler was repaired and serviced and has been working fine since then. I am very pleased with Richard's service. I will definitely use his company again.

Loui and Grant came over to our house to look at our boiler which had baffled 3 British gas plumbers before them. Loui and Grant just didn't give up until they had found the problem and solved it. They were both incredibly friendly and chatty and seemed really passionate about the physics and mechanics of boilers and their inner workings. I just cannot recommend them enough, give them a try.

I was hesitant in contacting them, given the reputation of some plumbers, but im really glad that i used their services. They got back to me promptly after i left my details on their answerphone, and popped around the next day to look at what i needed doing and promptly gave me a firm quote for the works in my bathroom. I had to wait three weeks before they could fit me in, but i was reassured by the fact that they had plenty of other customers! They turned up as promised at the correct time and the work on the bathroom was carried out in a short time, and with little or no mess or disturabance. There were no long tea breaks, courteous and efficient workers and i had no problems with their work at all. I hope my experience is typical for their work, and i would recommend them to others without any hesitation.
