There was an omelet station, someone making homemade tortillas for tacos, Bloody Mary's, fresh squeezed orange juice and watermelon juice. It had everything! Everyone seemed happy. When I asked our main waiter what is Mayan food, he took me to the buffet and explained which foods are traditionally Mayan and how they were historically prepared. There were other foods that were more Mexican than Mayan and though delicious wasn't what I was looking to experience that night.
