Too political and high turnover. The one decent doctor is booked a year out. Don't go.

I am posting this because a few days after my visit here at the Belgrade Urgent Care Center in Belgrade I got one of those, "We really care about our patients and would love your feedback" texts. So I replied that I would like a phone call or an email. After the first week went by I got neither. I tried to call them but no one could tell me who is responsible for replying to the request or who the manager is. I waited a second week and still no call. And by the way, no one from the clinic called me to follow up on how I was doing, like most Urgent care centers do. So I called again and still no luck. So I set out to find out why. This is for those of you who got the "We really care about our patients " text and replied and did not get a call back etc. My guess is that you probably had the same trouble I did because when I was finally able to locate the person in charge of replying, his first response was, "I never get any compliments or complaints about that location." I almost wanted to laugh. First, does anyone read the replies to those texts they send out? In my case they certainly didn't. Why? And also, why bother sending out the "We really care about our patients" texts if no one is going to read them or follow up? Perhaps that is why you don't get any compliments or complaints - they are not reaching anyone and most folks just give up. Honestly, it took me two weeks because the staff at the location on 206 Alaska Frontage Road 59714, whose phone is: 406-414-3334 initially said they had no idea. So I called again, and they referred me to the B2 Urgent Care on Main St in Bozeman 406-414-4800. However I called there three times before I just asked to speak to their manager because they kept referring me back to the Belgrade clinic. If you would like to make a compliment or a comment about your care simply contact the B2 Urgent care center on Main St. in Bozeman and ask to speak to their manager.
