So I replied that I would like a phone call or an email. After the first week went by I got neither. I tried to call them but no one could tell me who is responsible for replying to the request or who the manager is. I waited a second week and still no call. And by the way, no one from the clinic called me to follow up on how I was doing, like most Urgent care centers do. So I called again and still no luck. So I set out to find out why. This is for those of you who got the "We really care about our patients " text and replied and did not get a call back etc. My guess is that you probably had the same trouble I did because when I was finally able to locate the person in charge of replying, his first response was, "I never get any compliments or complaints about that location." I almost wanted to laugh. First, does anyone read the replies to those texts they send out? In my case they certainly didn't. Why? And also, why bother sending out the "We really care about our patients" texts if no one is going to read them or follow up? Perhaps that is why you don't get any compliments or complaints - they are not reaching anyone and most folks just give up. Honestly, it took me two weeks because the staff at the location on 206 Alaska Frontage Road 59714, whose phone is: 406-414-3334 initially said they had no idea. So I called again, and they referred me to the B2 Urgent Care on Main St in Bozeman 406-414-4800. However I called there three times before I just asked to speak to their manager because they kept referring me back to the Belgrade clinic. If you would like to make a compliment or a comment about your care simply contact the B2 Urgent care center on Main St. in Bozeman and ask to speak to their manager. Don't bother replying to the text. No one pays attention to those!

She constantly interrupted me as i tried to explain my situation and she proceeded to talk over me and devalue any questions i had. She ended up hanging up on me. A very bad experience. I don't have anything against Dr. Green. He had been very professional and I appreciate that we see…read moreeye to eye on many things when it comes to medical care. That said I had a recent situation where I was out of town and needed a prescription filled for medication that I did not have. When I called the office to request the prescription be filled remotely they said they couldn't since it was a new RX and I hadn't seen Dr. Green in almost a year (11 months). They said that he was available and would like to discuss the matter with me in order to prescribe. There was no mention of this being a "consultation" or that it would require any fees for service. I agreed to talk to Dr. Green and explained my situation in less than two minutes. An hour later, I received a phone call to collect $90 payment for the "phone consultation". I was blown away. I have made similar requests with other doctors/dentists in the past and was never hit with a consultation fee for a phone call. I could not believe it. What really pushed my buttons was that the office girl Shanna that called to collect was not understanding and didn't seem to care at all about the situation or my position on the matter. I called the office when I got back home from vacation and spoke with Bridget and explained everything again and she told me I had to pay it and that I wasn't very nice to Shanna, even after she admitted it was her fault she didn't tell me there was going to be a fee or that it was an accute consultation. If I would have known about the $90 I would not have even bothered with the $8 RX. The issue isn't about the money, its about a business saying one thing and doing another and not owning their mistake. If I ran my business this way and treated my clients this way, I would have neither. I asked them to make it right and they won't, so now I am warning all of you.
