I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease. We will forever be indebted with gratitude that my dad had Lauren as his caregiver and advocate for the last part of his life. Also, Hector, Lilly, Melissa and so many more. All the caregiver at All Seasons seemed to be called to care for these special patients. My dad had previously been in a large memory care. For everyone there-it was a job and only that. Not at All Seasons. They hire only those who truly care about patients living with dementia. As a nurse of 28 years, I can whole heartedly recommend All Seasons for your loved one with dementia.

I met Felicia of Elder Care Management at a Del Oro affiliated information session for caregivers…read more I have been to many training sessions and events related to the caregiving journey, and I have spoken with many individuals about my loved one's complex care needs. Felicia stood out many months ago as the most expert and empathetic in understanding what to do to provide for the best care for a loved one with cognitive decline or memory issues. I kept the pen she handed out, and when the need arose and we exhausted all free resources, I reached out to her organization for an objective view into how my loved one was doing and what we could do to better provide for her care. She has provided excellent service and I highly recommend her for your Elder Care Management needs. It was worth every penny. I only wish I worked with her sooner. We recently contracted with Felicia to provide an analysis and assessment of my loved one's needs in her current memory care community. The insights and peace of mind she provided us about my loved one's care were invaluable, and she was so thoughtful, professional, efficient, and responsive. My loved one recently moved to a new "board and care" with 5 other ladies just like her. Felicia recommended the care home along with other recommendations such as a geriatrician referral and techniques to simplify and provide better care. I cried with relief when I saw all that the new care home did to provide the highest standard of care. It had become evident my loved one needed a smaller setting and one-to-one care 24/7. Senior communities (even memory cares) cater to people who have a fair amount of independence still and don't have as many needs. When their needs increase, the communities do not keep up nor do they have the empathy, understanding or appropriate staffing to provide a dignified standard of care. The community where my mom lived failed to provide care in such a glaring way that I could not in good conscience let her remain with it falling so short. We started the search on a Monday and got all the paperwork set for move-in over the weekend. Without Felicia, it wouldn't have been possible, and the care home typically had a waitlist but miraculously had an opening. The last six months we have seen a progressive decline, in part due to the environment not providing for our loved one's dignity and in part due to the disease. It will not get any easier, but it will get more dignified and dependable. The journey has been long and difficult, but through Felicia's guidance, I feel more at ease through the turbulence. In many ways, I feel like I can get my life back since caregiver management has taken up such a huge portion of my time due to its complexity. Felicia helped simplify the work and help chart our course in a better direction.

Mom toured five senior living facilities but chose Blossom Vale because it felt warm and friendly. She passed away a few months ago and we are grateful her last few years were spent living in her own apartment, surrounded by caring staff and new friends and the many social activities she absolutely loved. Activities are plentiful and Jessica Hernandez, the director of Activities and Life Enrichment, is loved by all. Jessica truly cares about her residents and their well-being. She has recently been joined by Joey who is talented, fun and great with the residents. Patrice Scott, the Dining Services Director, and her staff are committed to bringing dining pleasure to the residents. The dining room staff works hard but always with a smile and with respect. Mom loved her meals at Blossom Vale! In Mom's last months, it became necessary for her to have more in the way of care. We are so impressed with Blossom Vale's Wellness Department. Care and communication with family is great. Chrystal Perez, the Wellness Director, and Preet Cheema, the Wellness Coordinator, have a clear philosophy of caring from the heart and their staff reflects that.
