My reward: going to Toys "R" Us across the street afterwards (this was in Greensboro, North Carolina). These days, it's not my mom taking me to TJ Maxx, but my girlfriend. As an adult, I actually tolerate TJ Maxx now and I appreciate it for what it is - a discount department store chain. You can find some good deals on name brand apparel and goods here. I've been to this TJ Maxx in Statesboro a couple times. My girlfriend was considering buying some Samsonite carry-on luggage at this store. I like Samsonite, but I wasn't impressed with the rolling bags here. The selection and quality weren't the best. When it comes to luggage, you get what you pay for. I prefer Travelpro these days. We weren't able to find any of the dry shampoo my girlfriend likes, but she did purchase a bunch of bottles of hand soaps for her apartment. They had all sorts of varieties that looked unique. I browsed through the men's clothing section and didn't see anything of note. We did pick up a bag of what looked and tasted like green tea Werther's sitting on a shelf near the check-out counter. They did not taste good. Service has been good. This TJ Maxx is located at the Statesboro Crossing shopping center near Statesboro Mall and Walmart. Other big box retailers at this shopping center include Ulta, Petco, Books-A-Million, Rack Room Shoes, and Hobby Lobby. The shopping center is clean and looks well-maintained. I'm sure I'll be back.

Also I was at the check out my husband was holding water he is disabled and has trouble with his hands he dropped the water bottles. I was trying to tell the cashier but she was talking to another employee about where there going out that night. As we where leaving the cashier tried to get my disabled husband to pick the water bottles up. I can't belive bigots has gotten so bad and the customer service there is very lazy and unprofessional.

I clearly seen employees out on the floor and make sure that the aisle was clean and clear and free of debris. When it comes to selection of products, I feel that this location does a great job of staging the store. I was recently in the store looking around and i noticed that the was the Easter items were arranged in the store made me feel as if it was truly springtime. There prices are great, and I feel that you get a better value here than if you shop at Walmart. Big lots are always having some type of promotion so you can always find additional savings by either joining the rewards program or waiting for special events like the family and friends' event that is coming up. The only issue that I see in this store is the bathrooms seem to need to be updated. Overall, this store is an amazing place to shop. If you have been in the past, I think you owe it to yourself to give them another shoot and see the changes that have been made for yourself.

It's located next to Statesboro…read moreMall and, outside of Georgia Southern, has probably made this area the unofficial city center of Statesboro, Georgia. This place has everything you need from fresh produce, clothing, and prescription drugs to garden decor, video games, and pet fish. Yes, for many years, they've actually carried an assortment of live pet fish here. You can get your flu shot at the Walmart pharmacy, fill up on gas at the Walmart gas station, get your hair done at the salon, pick up food from the Walmart bakery and deli, and rent a movie from Redbox. Why would you need to go anywhere else? Seriously though, this place is huge with a giant parking lot to boot. I've heard this is one of Walmart's busiest stores. It's certainly one of the busiest I've ever been to. As you might imagine, the parking lot was littered with trash and the inside of the store was messy and worn -- nothing really out of the ordinary for this notorious big-box chain. During our visit, Bulloch County police cars were parked outside the storefront and officers were patrolling the store inside. In addition, this store has heavy video surveillance. I'm not sure if it's more surveillance than the typical Walmart Supercenter, but they definitely let it be known that you're being recorded, underneath bright lights and all. Have a good time.

Although there was only one person working the store, she was consistently checking in on everyone & made me feel immediately welcome & valued. I had one of those days where I tried on half of the store & very little looked quite right (my slim but athletic build is difficult to fit), but the woman who was running the store was nevertheless happy to grab me additional sizes & styles she thought I might like. I feel like a jerk for forgetting her name because she was absolutely outstanding & I will definitely be back!

Overhearing her talk maliciously towards employees, it's most definitely apparent they are not treated fairly by higher power and that truly upsets me and is not a business i care to support. The clothing is good quality and fairly fashionable, but with negative energy and not an effective staffing situation i most definitely wont be returning to Entourage, especially when there are far better environments to shop in, in the area.
