Although this is a smaller Belk and it is actually split into two stores which I highly dislike, I find that the product overall is good and that the price is right. I purchased three suits, although mixed fabric, not wool, for only $130 each while on sale. That was killer. I was happy to stumble on that sale. I also like the Red Camel brand and Belk has it. They also had the dress shoes I wanted in my size. My son has received clothing from here and was fine and my wife shopped here a bit so I can honestly say that I think it is one of the better stores in the Richlands area. read more

Very rude workers, I used to think it was just exclusive to all belk stores but no the one in Bristol has really friendly staff, it's just this area lol. I know it's a small town and that sucks but come on hiring friendly workers should be your number one priority. They still only hire snotty high schoolers lol oh well, they have granny looking clothes anyway. The last time I was there was druing Black Friday...my first and last experience let me tell you! I was so happy when the store was remodeled. You could walk through and shop. It was organized, clean and looked like a new store. Unfortunately it hasn't lasted. Rack after rack of sale items that you can hardly get past let alone shop. There are boxes of shoes piled everywhere in no order I could find. I am so disappointed. I have found the employees to be pleasant and helpful. read more
