The app is usually easy to navigate, some technical issues every now and then, but nothing major. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars and not 5 is that Walmart double charged me on my last order and my bank flagged it, freezing my debit card for a few hours which was very inconvenient at the time. This is the second time Walmart has double charged me for one order. I'm not sure why but I hope it doesn't happen again as I would hate taking my business elsewhere for my weekly groceries.

I bought 3 door mats, they were the heavy ones and kind of hard to carry and then I bought a plastic basket with an oven mitt. The woman checking me out (I don't know if she's the manager) always has an attitude when I've been in there before but this time she was on the phone with her boyfriend or son who knows while checking me out. She doesn't bag any of my stuff or ask if I needed the plastic basket in a bag with the oven mitt. So I asked "can I please have that in a bag?" She is still talking on the phone and hands me the bag so I can bag it myself when there's a whole line behind me while she's talking on the phone. Is that really allowed at work on the floor? But that's not even it.. Then I'm waiting to pay with my card and she's still talking on the phone.. not even paying attention to the computer or me trying to pay for my items. So I bagged my stuff and I'm waiting on her to put the receipt in the bag so I took the receipt out of the receipt machine myself cause she seemed too occupied on the phone and then I hear her while I'm walking out saying "oh she wanna snatch the receipt out of the machine" like I'm the one who was in the wrong?! Which is mind blowing cause you think she'd actually APPRECIATE me grabbing my own receipt since she is too busy talking on the phone and theres a whole line behind me.. I was just trying to pay for my things and leave. Unbelievable. No customer service. Someone like that shouldn't have a job if they are going to treat paying customers like that.
