I had such a wonderful experience with AJ in the Auto Care Center at Walmart in Thomaston, GA! I had a question about my vehicle, and AJ took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enjoys helping people. What really stood out to me was how friendly and personable he was. It's not every day you meet someone who combines outstanding customer service with such expertise. He made me feel valued as a customer and never made me feel rushed or like my questions were a bother. Walmart is fortunate to have an employee like AJ. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge made my visit a great experience, and I truly hope he gets the recognition he deserves. My review is for grocery order pickup only. The staff is always very kind and helpful when unloading my groceries into my car and I appreciate them for their service. The app is usually easy to navigate, some technical issues every now and then, but nothing major. The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars and not 5 is that Walmart double charged me on my last order and my bank flagged it, freezing my debit card for a few hours which was very inconvenient at the time. This is the second time Walmart has double charged me for one order. I'm not sure why but I hope it doesn't happen again as I would hate taking my business elsewhere for my weekly groceries. read more

I bout a set of tires for my minivan in 2019 from here. Only put 16000 miles had them rotated twice. Once here and another at 5 star tire and auto when I had brakes put on them. They will not prorate them because of this. They are terrible looking. It is ashame that they did not take covid into account. My wife has been sitting at home for the last year with my kids. We have put hardly any miles on the 60000 mile tires. By the way there Goodyear. Dont buy those tires either. Oh and I had alignments done on my ride as well. So it's not my ride. read more

Poor customer service. 5 times somehung up on me. 4 never answered. 2 transferred calls to no where. Half a star is better. I purchased a 12 pack showed I D. Took it home looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged twice for the same 12 pack. I called back to Walmart after arriving home and noticing. I spent 1.5 hours on phone, only to be told they would check the tape to make sure I was tell the truth. So I called back today and ask for a manager and was on a 30 minute hold no resolution. I just want error amount charged credited back to my MC card. It not difficult. The camera would show I purchase one. Walmart has the MC # just credit it. It just seem like no one is in charge at this store. James Ok, update. 3 days later after being told to call back on the 3rd day for a security person that could check their tape and make sure I hadn't actually taken 2 and want a refund in fraud. So, no 2nd on tape like I told her. So it took 6.5 hours of being transferring into empty no answer phone lines. A lot of "that's not my job man" transfers that subsequently hung up on me. They used my receipt to issue a credit. It seemed easy enough. Just no one want to do it. Iris, Dawn did nothing but take up time with no resolution. Lisa took the Bull by the horns and answers. Totally snarky and unhelpful person at the counter in the automotive department. Asked for help getting a battery out of my car to get a replacement and was told I'd ahve to get it myself. Told her I we 72 and had a bad back. She just repeated I'd have to bring it ito the store myself and then to across to the bottom shelves over by the wall and get a replacement. Asked here how I would know what to get and got a very snarky, stupid, nasty response of " Well, I guess you get the same thing that was in it!" I thanked her for her nonhelp and she snarklily said, "Youre welcome! as I went out the door. A man with broken fingers at Advance Auto Parts helped me with everything very politely and expediently. Walmart has enought folks to stand around scratching their butts and selling dope our the back door, but not to help customers or even treat them with respect. read more

Installed wrong size tire. I had a flat that was not repairable due to the location of the nail. Got them to install a new tire. Fortunately I checked the size before leaving and it was one size too small! The paperwork was correct. The installers put on the wrong size. Idiots. read more
