The luggage had a store sticker that said "3 piece set", which made me excited to purchase. I got the luggage home to find that there was nothing else inside the "set". I returned with luggage piece on Sunday May 29th to be told that there was nothing that could be done. Aside from individually purchasing the remaining pieces or a refund. The reason I was given was "the higher ups have us do it that way". I took my refund and purchased luggage and the other products I was going to purchase elsewhere. She said that it was fine and ran her finger around the side and I asked her again to check it to make sure that it was ok and she said again that it was fine. When we got home I checked my butter dish and it was chipped on the side so I called burkes and told the the incident and she told me ok and then hung up on me. So like a week or 2 later I went back and I saw the same butter dish on the shelf not even on the clearance side and it was exactly were I saw it I love this store but if something is broken like that then you should put it in the clearance side. But other then that this store is amazing they have anything you are looking for and have a lot of clothes you can chose from any style so I do recommend this store.

We had an 85" tv delivered so we did not have to get it home. Reasonable prices. Staff actually takes you to what you are seeking, instead of "aisle 51... on the right." (This is Walmart, after all) So, we stood in line to check out w a person but after awhile we gave up & went to Scan & Go. Lucky for us Daisy was working! When we were overcharged, as I'd suspected we'd be, she came to help us. I apologized for being a bother & she immediately told me that I didn't need to apologize bc she loves her job! Wow! So refreshing & so rare to hear that. Thank you Daisy for being so friendly & helpful! I'd never be able to give Walmart 5 stars but I can't give Daisy anything other than 5 stars. It's not very large, but you can get a nice idea of how jewelry was made, the forms, the designs, and the process as well. You can watch a few videos and sit in his old art desk, too.
