Avoid - shower tray cracked. Bella refused to replace. Said they had referred it to manufacturer, who said it mustn't have been fitted correctly. Interesting -0 as manufacturing went bust in Feb 24, was purchased by someone else who went bust on 4 Dec 2024. So who the heck did they refer it to?! Meant to have a lifetime manufacturers guarantee - which of course is useless. And Bella are still selling those trays - unbelievable - misleading customers. read more

Refuse to process refund! I ordered a pair of tap cartridges from Bella Bathrooms to fit in a customer's bath tap. Shortly after I ordered our new baby was born, which means I was off work for 3 weeks. I then had to reschedule my jobs and and book back in the work. When I went to fit the new cartridges I could not remove the old ones, which meant I could not fit the new ones. I contacted Bella Bathrooms asking to be allowed to return the unused cartridge back for a refund and explained my circumstances which explained why I had gone over the 14 day returns period. I would have hoped they would of made an exception in this case and allowed the refund, but they refused. They explained they have a 14 day policy, which I get, but I would have expected some flexibility in this situation. It's a real shame as I am a returning customer to Bella Bathrooms. However, because of this issues and very poor customer service, I will no longer be using them. read more

Everything seemed to go according to plan, although I would steer clear of Bella Bathrooms who were useless with the Vanity unit .. They took my money but didn't tell me it was out of stock until I phoned them a week later. Then they offered a marble version which I agreed to. Then they came back and said " oh it's black marble by the way - we don't have any white". So I cancelled the order which they agreed to process for a refund. Nothing appeared in my account for 5 days so I called them : " oh it hasn't been sent to accounts yet". Got the money after asking again a week later ! read more

Terrible customer service item returned and they refused to refund. Because we could not prove that the tray was damaged in transit. Note when returning the item, we insured it but used the original packaging. When we tried to claim due to Bella bathrooms refusing to refund us we were told that the insurance would not pay. My bathroom was nearly complete. All I needed was a bathroom cabinet for my sink to sit on. I ordered from Bella as I thought they were a reputable company. What a mistake I made. The item arrived and looked good. A 2 drawer bathroom unit with soft close drawers. However, when I unpacked it I found that 3 out of 4 of the mechanisms for the soft close drawers inside the unit were broken resulting in the drawers not closing properly. Not acceptable for a £292 item. As this was now unpacked in my bathroom I decided that rather than re-packaging the item and waiting for an exchange to have the same potential issue I would offer to fix this myself by having the broken parts sent to me. I would simply replace these myself. I then began the painful communication with Bella. It took 16 e-mails over 59 days to eventually receive the replacement parts, whilst the unit sat on my bathroom floor. Horrendous service!! read more
