Girl at the front desk checked and told my husband it was canceled. Then in May we were charged again which we challenged and we were given credit and then received email stating membership was canceled but now they are saying it was May, now receiving invoice for May and a fee. No one returns phone messages which we have left since April and now manager is ignoring paperwork being left for Mr. Ford at front desk on Friday 7/17. Never again would I belong.

Spoiler, no phone number cancels the membership). When I did try to go to the gym I had to keep my stuff with me as all the lockers would have items in them but no locks (gym has left signs but do not enforce this) but would get in trouble if my bag was on the floor so gym time was usually cut short due to this. I had to contact my credit card to stop more payments to get ahold of someone from them. You'll get a call from ABC Fitness (that is their business name, Just Move fitness is a gym based in California and from the sound of it I am not the only person who reached out to them for assistance with my account). If you get a call from +1 (833) 311-0847, 8886397089, or 1800-8976877 none connect to a person. Also you can connect via app, but you'll need your account info which only way to get it is when you talk to someone (see how the run around goes?) do NOT waste your time with this gym unless you love to run so much you're ok getting the run around from them.
