Best place to go in Polk County for a massage. The facility is clean and the staff are exceptional! Their prices are very, very fair. Make sure you get enough sleep the night before, otherwise you'll fall asleep during the massage like I did. Afterwards I felt relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. read more

I went in for a 60-minute deep tissue massage last Thursday while in-town visiting my grandmother. I had gone for several long outdoor runs that week and spent hours hunching over my laptop. Needless to say, my whole body but especially my neck, shoulders, and upper back ached. I made an appointment with Nikki (sp) and was not disappointed. The massage started on time and didn't end early (I hate that). Nikki was extremely professional and amended her 60-minute routine to focus on my problem areas. She used her forearms and elbows very effectively to achieve the right amount of pressure, which is key in a deep tissue massage and something I've found lacking in previous experiences. I felt great afterward, and it made traveling the next day much easier. Next time I'm in Lake Wales, I'll definitely be making an appointment with Nikki and recommend you do the same. read more
