I visited bella casa a couple of weeks ago, as I was in the area and heard it was worth a visit. I've been to this restaurant a couple of years ago, it had a different owner back then. I remembered it as a very shabby, old restaurant, but when I came there, I saw what a marvellous job the new owners had done renovating the restaurant. Absolutely gorgeous. It has a great atmosphere now, definitely suitable for business-meetings and chique events.
The staff was very pleasant, though the owner wasn't very fluent in German nor English. But everyone was very warm and open towards us, great vibes.
It took a bit long for our order to be served, but it was well worth the wait. We ordered 2 pasta's. We are not big eaters- or at least, not like Germans are, so we weren't able to finish it all. Fortunately, we were instantly offered a doggie-bag, which I thought was very polite and economic. Also, their wine-selection is nice.
All in all, we had a very enjoyable evening. I think this restaurant is very promising, once the staff is settled and more people discover this place, it's definitely going to be a great place to spend the evening dining. read more
