Strange to say, but I'd never actually had anything dry cleaned before, so this was my first experience with the process. The woman who helped me was very sweet when she took my coat and sweater, and I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered me when I returned. The coat she cleaned had a few marks on the light camel colored wool and she told me that they cleaned it twice to remove everything. She also took extra care at covering the shell buttons and buckles so none were damaged. The cashmere sweater felt soft and like new again with no pills. Overall I was very happy with the customer service, attention to detail, and the time it took. I've already dropped off another jacket. read more

This cleaners does a pretty good job. I had a zipper put on a pair of jeans and I have not had any problems yet. I think they're a bit over priced but since I don't make it a habit of ripping the zippers off my pants, i doubt I'll be having to work overtime to pay for more services. read more

Consistent professional and quite friendly service! I'm new to the area and have used them weekly for about 3 months. Shirts are always impeccably pressed with no broken buttons. I wish I could rate 0 stars! My bridesmaids dress for my sister's wedding was brought to this establishment last week. We were quoted $35 to iron the dress. When my mom went to pick it up this morning while I was at work she was charged $75. She asked about the price difference and was told by the female owner that the male owner had quoted her the wrong price and that she would have to pay the difference. This is an illegal business practice called a bait and switch. The owners made a mistake in the quote and passed on this mistake to the customer. We were not called to say that the price would be three times as much and asked if we would like them to still do the work. I would never have agreed to that price and would have just come to pick up the dress and ironed it myself. After several minutes of back and forth, mom left and then I called and very calmly asked if the situation could be resolved. After several minutes on the phone going back and forth with the male owner it was clear that it cannot be resolved. We have been taking our cleaning here for years and will never return to this establishment! Buyer beware! read more

Great people! We've been going to this dry cleaner for many years and have been really happy with them. My husband's shirts are laundered weekly and if they notice food stains or anything they go the extra step to take care of them. In the past with other cleaners we've had to deal with a broken button now and then but that has never happened here. read more
