Avoid at all cost. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I brought in a few items and was quoted a specific price. When I returned a week later to pick up, the older man working the counter tried to charge me double. When I addressed that his co-worker, an older women also working at the time, had quoted a different price, he was rude, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional. Took my king size down comforter in to be cleaned. I picked it up got it home only to discover it's not my comforter it's a queen not a king. So I took it back and the owner argued with me saying no it's a king and that it was mine. After him unfolding it to see it was a queen he still insisted that it was a king and it was mine. Also mine has the pieces of string to tie your duvet cover onto it, the one I received doesn't. read more

Have very good customer service but it's just upsetting they don't deal with military uniforms. We live nearby and was thinking they'll be able to do some alternation for our uniform but couldn't because it was too complicated for them. read more

I've been using this cleaners for years. They are always freindly and do great work. They even take my clothes out to my car without being asked. I can't say how many times they have managed to get stains out of shirts or ties that I never thought would come out. Definitly recommend. read more

I brought in a wedding dress to be cleaned and specifically told the lady I needed my hanger and the bag the dress was in. Went to pick up ad it's on three wire hangers and in a cheap plastic bag. She says I didn't bring in with anything ! Very dissatisfied and will never use them again. Now I have to drive down to Lynnwood for another bag and get a strong hanger. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. Ruined my king size silk blanket. Took in the silk blanket for spring cleaning. It clearly states "dry clean only". Went to pick it up and honestly had no idea how to react. My brand new blanket looks like it's been thrown in the washing machine and washed 10-15 times. It is horrible. The edging on the blanket is faded and in some places it looks like threads were pulled, the blanket itself is a matted mess. I haven't had the heart to even unfold it and see if it will still fit on our bed. I questioned them and they kept saying "yes, dry clean". My $800 blanket now looks like a piece of garbage. read more

I recently brought in a used dress with some kind of wine or maybe food stains, and I received great service! When I came in to pick up as scheduled, they mentioned they had cleaned and pressed it, and then found a few more stains so they wanted to give it another go.
