Each visit to the office (West Long Branch location) was so pleasant, I found myself looking forward to going to the orthodontist!! He advised me that I am a good candidate for the Invisalign treatment and that I would need to wear it for a little under one year, but that it would look virtually invisible. The pain was very minimal and he was right, you can barely notice the aligners. After 9 months of switching aligners (17 total), I was finished with my treatment and my teeth look amazing. I am so happy that I can now smile and take pictures with confidence. I've gotten so many compliments on my teeth in the past few weeks! Thank you Dr. Boim!

I'm entitled to two cleanings a year and x-rays also twice a year. Up to today, the experience has been lukewarm. Every time I've gone in, there's been a different dentist. Today when I went in for my routine cleaning and x-rays, the hygienist did a test of my teeth for possible deep cleaning. This was totally unexpected, but I agree to it, even though it was very uncomfortable. The deep cleaning results showed that I needed to have deep cleaning! The dentist came in to review my x-rays and the results of the deep cleaning test. another new dentist. He does not even introduce himself. He did not review the x-rays and went immediately into the procedure for deep cleaning. As he's describing it to me, I would need Novocain in my entire mouth, and I asked him how much this would cost. He said he would have to check with the plan. Wouldn't you think he would know? anyway I told the new dentist that I'm here for a routine cleaning and are you going to do this for me? He said no, we will do a deep cleaning instead. I said I don't want the deep cleaning just give me a routine cleaning. He stared at me like a deer in headlights, no response, and then I added that you were supposed to review my x-rays. Which you have not done. Again total silence, I said well we're done. I'm not gonna have this done and you've lost me as a patient. As I went out I just talked to the girl behind the desk told her the same thing that you have lost me as a patient, no response. No attempt in any way to remedy the situation. I'm now looking for another dentist, hope to find one soon. Terrible event today. Unprofessional. If you're shopping to go to nu dental, I would think very carefully and opt to go elsewhere.
