I've been coming to get lipo laser done since this business was at its old location. I've gotten different packages through Groupon and everything it's been granted. In regards to the business the staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable of the outcomes of the lipo laser (only service I get). The owner is the most knowledgeable. So ask for her if you have any questions that are not answered. She's professional and very responsive. In regards to the treatment. If all you do is drink the amount of water they tell you and don't eat 1hr before this will not work for you. I've done the procedure both ways: 1. With the above instructions and 2. With the following: I got a professional trainer who has measured everything (inches, body fat, BMI, etc) and they also provide a meal plan for weight loss and muscle building. Every body is different so what works for me might not work for you. When meeting with my trainer 3-4 times a week, exercising on my own the rest of the week, sticking to my strict meal plan 5-6 days a week (had 1 cheat day on occasional weeks) not only did my stomach get flat, but my skin also retracted. My problem area is my lower belly, and the owner was worried that I would need a different treatment after lipo laser sessions because after the fat is dissolved that particular skin tends to be lose and sag, but this was not my case. This could be due to the workout sessions, or just my genes. But as I'm losing the fat in my belly, the lower belly skin is not sagging. My point is, this is a lifestyle change. After purchasing a groupon for 4 Laser Lipo, I visited Bella Doña and met with the owner. I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional, complimentary and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Was she busy yes, she was short staffed, but despite this she made me feel welcomed. I have only had 1 treatment but I am definitely looking forward to the rest of my treatments to see further results. Also; it does work another client and I were chatting up in the waiting room and she showed me photos of how her legs / cellulite looked throughout the process. I had an excellent experience with exilis ultra treatments. I have already seen results even though full results take up to three months. For best results one should drink 80 ounces or more of water daily and undertake exercise and healthy eating habits. But for me, exilis is essential as it tightens slack aging skin and creates a smoother profile. Bodies become lumpier after menopause and this treatment smooths out the lumps and appearance of cellulite. Staff is friendly, helpful and thorough. I came to Bella Dona with high hopes due to only hearing good things about noninvasive laser lipo . I purchased 8treatments total . 4 x legs and 4x abdomen . It is definitely not on the cheap side but I saw it as an "investment " to get rid of stubborn fat. I exercise regularly and would work out after every session as recommended. After all sessions were completed, the measurements indicated that I only lost an inch on each leg and 1/2 on my stomach.. I feel like you can archive this within 2 weeks and clean eating itself.. We had the worst experience, First time here and have never done a lipo cavitation procedure. I purchased a Groupon voucher for my daughter who is of age 19 and we both met with Ms. Jeter, the owner. She displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, and right off the bat said to me that she was busy and had another client in the sauna. During the consultation she emphasized she didn't have to hold consultations but is "free"(I think this type of business should take time to counsel their clients and go over benefits and risks). She refused to answer my questions or look me in the eye, as she expressed she would only address the client (my daughter). In fact, Jeter -Bella Dona was quite disrespectful, to say "I don't babysit" used it a couple of times to say I did not have to be present. This, even though my daughter had given her full consent for me to be present and ask questions. I write this review in all honesty to warn people of this business. read more

I called to get additional info on a Groupon cavitation offering. I specifically wanted information on the machine being used so I could do further research on the machine - i.e. safety, consumer feedback etc. I spoke to a woman who provided general information about the procedure. She was to get back in touch with me regarding my question about what product they use. After repeated follow ups she never responded. She had my complete contact information. I am not impressed with this company! When a company tells me they are going to get back in touch with me and they do not they will not earn my business nor my respect. read more
