Mr. Fomin and his assistant arrived wearing polo shirts, when the establishment was upscale and required formal attire. One would think a professional photographer/videographer would know this from doing so many events as he has claimed to do. I thought going with a company where both photo and video could be done at a great price would be ideal. I was under the impression that the owner, Mr. Fomin, would have taken the pictures, but on the day of the wedding when they arrived, his assistant took the pictures and he did the video. His assistant seemed bored and he was giving her directions. When we did receive our proofs, I could see that in many pictures, my dress/train wasn't properly placed, and my face looked crooked in some instances. I believe the photographer could have instructed us better, placed us in nicer poses, fixed us so we looked nice. Some pictures were too far to see our faces well. There was no depth or anything special in the pictures he took. Quite honestly, after seeing the pictures my guests took, I determined my guests took better pictures than this man. I'm disappointed in how the pictures came out and would not recommend ProLine productions to anyone. In response to Mr. Fomin's post below: My review is not false as you state. I either post if services are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad and I feel others should know about it. You might not recognize the name but you should recognize the face in my profile picture. Mike and Mario were a tremendous help getting the A/C unit running in the recording studio building…read morewe just moved into. This unit is over 20 years old and had not been running for more than 6 years, so this was not a simple job. They had to get up on the roof to check the condenser, diagnose the real root cause of the issue, swap out the motor and blower with brand-new parts, and add R22 refrigerant to bring the system back to life. They even threw in a free thermostat for good measure. Now the studio is ice cold and comfortable again. What I respected most is that these guys are not the typical "you need a brand-new unit" type of company. They actually took the time to see if the system was repairable first, explained what was going on, and were 100% honest throughout the process. Mike and Mario are extremely knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and genuinely good people. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about helping their customers. My house was built 17 years ago by a very reputable builder in the area. At the time of building,…read moreI had a 25 year old woodburning stove installed, which was vented upwards through a high ceiling. The unit had been cleaned over the years and 6 years ago, after I got divorced, I had a chimney cleaner come out and he told me the unit should have been vented out the side because of the type of unit it was. He still got on the roof and checked things out, but charged me a $60 for coming out, even though he didn't do anything. I haven't used the unit since. Last year, I heard a bird in the pipe and it even got down into the stove and I had to rescue it. I've since heard other birds in there, so I reached out to A+ Chimney Sweep to have them clean the chimney and check the cap. I figured a second opinion wouldn't hurt and they can at least clean the chimney from the roof, even though I had no intention of going back to using the woodstove. Now, I admit I'm very naïve when it comes to chimney/fireplace stuff, but I totally feel taking advantage of as a single woman trying to have her home serviced. Chris came out and without going on the roof, told me that there is a cap on my chimney and there is nothing he can do about the birds, they can still get in. I told him what the previous guy told me about the stove inside and he agreed that it was poorly installed and he couldn't clean it, then he proceeded to tell me nothing could be done and he had to charge me the full $170 for coming out. When I showed my disbelief, he responded that he should actually charge me more for the 30 mile/hr roads to get here. As far as I know, they are only in Sparrowbush which is just over 1/2 hr from me. I asked if he could at least get on the roof and clean from there and he said no, he doesn't want the liability because the stove isn't properly installed. Totally disappointed and feeling ripped off.

Both companies could not fix it after spending a total of 2 days each and about 4 hours each day and said we needed a new unit. We contacted JK to get an estimate for a new system. Joe came to see what we had and what we needed to give the estimate. Before leaving he said he noticed what had been done to try to repair our system {many items left behind} and felt he knew what was wrong and could repair it if we wanted to take a chance with him. We scheduled the service call and Joe did come with 2 of his technicians and repaired our system in about 4 hours. Joe was very knowledgeable and completely honest with us explaining everything being done. The total repair cost was under $500. We highly recommend them and will definitely contact them when the time comes to replace our unit.
