Alstromera, daisies, delphinium probably a $100 bouquet Thursday the roses were wilted Friday and alstroemerias was dropping petals Saturday I called the florist and asked. How long should this last? Was told a week minimum. I explained the above. The person who answered the phone replied that she was there by herself and couldn't do anything about it but asked if I could call back Monday and speak with the owner. I asked if she could have the owner call me on Monday, she agreed she would leave a message In Monday at 11 I called again. Spoke with a knowledgeable and empathetic person who also explained she did not have the authority to do anything but would track down the owner for resolution. I asked for a return call by 3 pm. What florist takes orders and then calls the recipient, ruins the surprise that someone obviously went to some trouble and expense to arrange AND THEN says come pick up your flowers. I talked to the owner, Mr. Bowen, and he WAS NOT APOLOGETIC IN THE LEAST and tried to convince me that I was being unreasonable. Unbelievably rude owner, terrible customer service, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. The owner somehow thinks he's doing the area a service by being in business and obviously is not able to keep up with the growth. He either needs to hire more help or shut down but he definitely shouldn't be accepting business that he knows he will be unable to satisfactorily fulfill.

The "substitution policy" is complete bullshit, given they dont even attempt to make the flowers look like what you ordered. I ordered a DELUXE ARRANGEMENT and what I recieved doesnt even have SIX "replacement" roses in it, AT LEAST. It has FOUR. And zero star gypsophila (baby's breath)- which I find hard to believe they didnt have available, given that even the local supermarket has them sold by the bushel. I looked up other reviews and this seems to be a pattern, delivering subpar quality and offering little to no refunds.
