This was such a unique place to see while we were on vacation nearby. I found this place via tik tok and I'm so glad they were near where they were staying.I went in during a Sunday evening and I thought it was pretty busy. Displays outside looked clean and very eye-catching. They seemed to have different themes based off social media I saw. All seemed very cute! This store is packed with different assortments of things such as gifts, household items, accessories, etc. There were some small sub sections of organization around the store but it still just felt like a smorgasbord of different items and things. It was hard to tell if things were in the right place or not. Since the storefront is pretty small, I did find myself having to shuffle around other customers sometimes. I'm not sure of the typical amount of people in the store but could be something to caution for if you are mindful of having extra space or feel overwhelmed in a tight store area. It is truly impressive how many items are packed into this store-front. Honestly, I felt like it was a little overwhelming especially with so many things hanging on the walls and very tall shelves. A lot of items like book ends, figurines and other items on top of shelf I couldn't really tell if it was for sale or playing a part in displaying another product. For example, I inquired the price of a faux animal head hanging from the wall. The store attendant was helpful identifying the price. But the matter is that after looking around at several other heads and art pieces hanging up nearby, I still had to ask the price because even after looking on my own I still couldn't figure out any of the pricings. It's frustrating while shopping to have to ask is this item even for sale? I simply couldn't tell up front and I felt bad about having to ask for each thing I was interested in. If the store was busy or happened to be understaffed for the day, I would feel bad having to ask about pricing. It would be especially awkward if I had to bring out a store associate only to have to tell them I'm not interested because of the price or seeing it up front. Items seemed reasonably priced for a good condition products curated at a small business near the beach. I ended up getting some art prints/cards, a headband, and some tarot cards. They put them in an adorable bag with storefront logo on it and a business sticker inside of it. Presentation was great! Overall, this place was so charming and whimsical. I think there truly could be something for everyone in this store but realistically as a customer if I can't tell the difference between what is for sale and what isn't, it becomes frustrating to me. I know that employees can offer great customer service but especially on nights where it's crowded or possibly understaffed, I feel guilty having to drag someone around to figure out different items - especially if it becomes where I don't even want the item after hearing the price or seeing item up-close. The variety of items in the store is outstanding so I definitely want to come back but I hope my next visit, I can find things better labeled and organized. read more

This store has an amazing selection of eclectic art and goods. The only turn off is the staff, not very good at coustmer service, i tried to make conversation and at least get the uncomfortable mood lifted as a girl was ringing me up, but she just stayed quiet. What a lovely addition to Rehoboth Ave! For the past few years Rehoboth has sort of been turning into OC with a few too many t-shirt shops, but I'm happy to see Bella Luna bringing back the kind of boutiques Rehoboth circa 1997 had. This shop reminds me of my friends store, Tselaine, in Philadelphia. A small shop full of all kinds of neat things you don't NEED, but definitely WANT. Thank God I don't live close to this place... I would need to just sign over my paycheck. Adorable little store. After about 10 minutes I walked out with a buddha necklace and a print for my wall for about $65 total. I could have easily spent a couple hundred here. It is a great mix of jewelry, stuff for your house, little gifts and a lot of Asian buddha pieces. Seriously fun stuff. It's a little tight. I kind of felt I was going to make things topple over as I squeezed past other shoppers and I'm not what we'd call a big girl. Not a big deal but if you have personal space issues it might be to you. The people working in the shop are very nice. One girl had the patience of Job while showing a gay couple dozens of possible earrings for one of their "best gal pals." God love her, she eventually found the perfect pair but this was after a long, long process. At no point did she seem even a tad bit irritated. I, on the other hand, was. Quite possibly, the rudest staff in all of Rehoboth. Kelly A's review is spot-on. We checked out the shop yesterday and will never, ever go back. The staff couldn't be bothered to acknowledge our presence, never smiled and acted as if they were smelling an accidentally-shipped batch of Tropical Sewage candles. My fiancee complimented the older, fat lady behind the counter on their choice of music. What did near-sighted Kathy Bates say? Not a word. No thank you, no smile, nothing. Who knows? Bella Luna has a great selection of unique gifts. Contrary to popular belief, the deer is not my favorite animal even though Bambi is my favorite character. However, I found a beautifully painted deer ornament that I just had to buy. The deer I saw on display had antlers, but I wanted one without. I asked the associate if this style was available, and she found me one behind the register. If I ever make it back to Rehoboth I'll definitely return to Bella Luna. read more

This place. Where do I start? I could furnish my whole home with their items. Everytime I go in I feel like it was designed specially for me, truly. They have such unique finds. It is just the cutest store with eccentric home decor, accessories, clothing, etc. The prices vary-I've bought some items that I feel like were more money than I prefer to spend, and some items were a steal. Either way, this is the coolest (in my opinion) shop on the walkway to the boardwalk, and every year I look forward to coming. read more

My all time favorite shop in Rehoboth! This little store is a wonderland of discoveries. The buyer has made so many creative decisions to get to this point. Last night (a saturday) the hours were posted as the shop being open until 9. When my boyfriend and I walked towards the door, the woman clearly saw us and proceeded to push the door shut as she was walking past it. We got inside and she told us rudely that we had five minutes because the shop was closing. We no longer had a desire to look around not because of the shop closing but because of the woman was so rude about it. For the past couple of years I have always stopped I to this store and loved every item they have to offer. It is a very nice little shop. Unfortunately I find the staff to be very rude with a pretentious attitude and the items to be overpriced just because they are in a boutique. read more

It has been my experience that most of the negative reviews on Yelp are bogus and I seldom read them but this morning I am compelled to write one on behalf of Bella Luna. I have been to this shop at least 20 times beginning in 2006. I have found the product they offer to be unique, classy and fairly priced. As for the staff, it has been my experience that they are friendly, helpful and fully aware of my presence in the store. I can't tell you how many times I visit this unique store in a year. I have a place i n Rehoboth and every time I am here, I shop at Bella Luna and I never walk out empty handed. It is a good thing and also a curse. I ALWAYS find something cute and special when I am in the shop. Christmas and birthday gifts for friends, little treats for myself--yes I do treat myself, and lovely presents for my sisters, nieces and grandaughters. This is one of the nicer shops in Rehoboth. I was seeking something for the person caring for our cats while we vacationed at the beach and found the perfect gift at Bella Luna. The object was in the storefront window and staff was able to locate another. However, they also brought to our attention the variations in design and suggested we look at the one in the window since it was the last of its design in stock. They happily swapped out the one in the window for the one in hand and I was pleasantly surprised by the price, which was much lower than I expected (and would have paid). I also found a unique 'thank you' card as well as a couple of items for ourselves. The staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely return again when I'm in the area, especially when in need of a unique gift for someone special. read more
