This salon confused my identity with another customer and did not want to service me. They claimed…read morethat on numerous times I complained about the service and would ask the technicians to redo the service. To no satisfaction, I tried diligently to explain that I was not that customer and have never complained about their work or ask for a service to be done over. I was told that two technicians claimed that I was that customer and they were both wrong. This salon had not presented any evidence to support their allegation such as: 1-comparing names of customers, 2-comparing phone numbers of customers nor 3- dates of customers visits.
