The crumb of the dough was fantastic and the base was cooked perfectly crisp. The wonderful texture of this pizza was somewhere in between US hand tossed and Detroit style. For us it's only a short walk from our flat and we haven't really experienced a place like in almost all of Copenhagen, not to mention outside of Centrum and the "Bros." They have a wide assortment of pizza, including the option to build your own. They also have breakfast options (some are served all day), and we will be sure to try these for brunch. Welcome to the neighborhood, Behov!…read more Officially my favorite pizza spot in Copenhagen now - this place was amazing. Great food, great beer selection, friendly staff and outdoor seating. I came here on a Friday evening and it too hard to get a seat outside for two people (just a few minutes wait) and the wait for a pizza was approximately 30 minutes. They take takeaway orders as well so most of the waiting time was for takeaway pizzas. Their great beer selection (which includes beers from local NV brewery Flying Couch) made the wait fly by. The pizza itself was wonderful. We were pretty hungry so we each ate our own pizzas but if you're not too hungry you can easily share one. There are fixed prices for the two options - 70kr for a pizza with one topping and 90kr for a pizza with multiple toppings. There are tons of toppings to choose from and you're not limited to a certain number of them so you can go crazy with meat and cheese toppings (if you want :P). I got the whole wheat crust pizza and my husband got the regular crust. Normally whole wheat crust is a little "eh" but I will definitely get this one again. The regular curst pizza was also very good. Needless to say - I will be a frequent customer of Behov!
