The girl was distracted had her phone on her station and was constantly looking at it instead of doing the pedicure. Absentmindedly rubbed the lotion on my leg and foot. Had to ask her to shorten the nails and clean up the cuticles, water was lukewarm at best. Feet not left in water to soak for any length of time. Fast forward to the dip, she again had her phone in her lap the whole time, barely paid attention, cut my fingers with the Dremel tool, they are incredibly sore the day after. The only good thing is they do look pretty. However unless you want to do your job just stay home.

I get there and the lady starts ripping my set off of my nails and i said ouch many times and she finally soaked them off after attempting to rip them off. After they rushed my acrylic and it is so thin they look like press ons and look horrible. The french tip did not get a second coat and is patchy all over. I wanted almond and said it multiple times and she was refusing and basically forced me into square after I said almond multiple times. It is also expensive. Also my nails already look grown out and we're not close to my cuticle at all and they "cleaned my cuticle" horribly.
