The same guy who did my mom's nails glued the fake tip nail on here finger and told him that he was hurting her. He tried to pull the nail off her finger with nothing to help. My little sister got hers done and found a hair in hers. I called when I got home and let them know about everything and asked for a refund and the hung up on me. I don't recommend them at all.

I tried the ultra nails in Greensburg and they looked nice but I paid 80$ for nails which I believe to be outrageous. I tried this ultra nails in Latrobe and lemme tell you he really did a nice job! I paid 60$ plus tip but I guess that's just the price for the things I want around here. I will be returning! To add, they accept walk-ins and the salon is very very clean!

Always a greeting and smiles . The fact that it is appointment only means no unnecessary waiting, although it is a lovely place to relax. I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous.
