I had used Bella once or twice before and had excellent service. Last week , I went into the salon for a pedicure. Later, I decided that I also wanted a manicure.My friend and I both asked for the basic on our services. The owner did both our nails. I deplore when a nail tech works on two people at the same time, which is what she did. When she did my manicure, she never sat down. I had to hold my hand in the air. My cuticules were never pushed back. She left all of my nails uneven and didn't use a base coat or a top coat. When I told her my nails were uneven, she got very angry and said that I had a fungus under my nails, which had nothing to do with anything. I had bruises under my nails, where I slammed my fingers in the door. She said that I asked for a basic manicure, and that's what I got. Granted, it was only $15, but she didn't do what her brochure said that they do for $15. Her attitude was nasty and rude towards me. The minute we paid, she walked off and left the salon area. We got there at 4:00 and left about 5:15. In that time, she did 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. That is why we both felt rushed. I called her the next day, and she started yelling at me and kept saying that everything we got was basic. I don't think that $45 is basic for a pedicure. She didn't even scrub our feet with a scraper tool or clean under our nails. She wouldn't listen to me and kept saying that she was busy and hung up on me. This is no way for a salon owner to act or treat customers. If she says that this didn't happen, she's lying. Pull her video. Neither of us left a tip. I do not recommend this salon, nor does my friend. It was a waste of time and money. Who has ever heard of anyone standing up to do your nails? I think that the minute we sat down, she had already decided she didn't like us because we were talking and quietly laughing during the time she did our nails. Had appt with Zoey today. After sitting their for 20 minutes, the manager finally approached me and explained that Zoey's dad died. So I asked the owner if she could do my pedicure, and she refused. They were not busy at all. She even took another customer that had just walked in before I left. AlI I did was just ask for a person that was not a student or an apprentice. I guess they don't need business. Also, I am handicapped so getting to these appointments is not easy for me. Now they have blocked me from Facebook after this conversation in the photo. This was my second time visiting Bella nails and spa. My first visit was good. It was on a Sunday. They got me in. I liked my nails two weeks later I go back for a fill, I called ahead and asked if they were busy I was told there's going to be a wait. So I get there I walk in they ask me what I'm there for I let them know, I am told that there will be a one hour to two hour wait I said OK that is fine and then I double back. Ask him if I could come back closer to closing time and then he said that they would stop taking people at a certain time. So at that point, I just decide that I was just going to find another place to go to because that is not what I was told when I called. As I'm walking out the door a nice lady comes out behind me and she says "I got here right before you did and they told me that it was going to be a 30 minute wait,I don't know what they have going on but I feel like it was really racist what they did to you ,I am leaving and I'm never coming back." I felt that but I didn't say anything. I just walked out but her coming to me and confirming told me everything I needed to know and I will not be back to Bella nails and spa. read more

I had dip powder nails done here & I couldn't be happier. Vy did such a great job and really spent time doing my nails. She was thorough and careful to fill the nail completely and put an appropriate number of coats on. She wasn't worried about rushing through it to get the next customer in line. I have short natural nails and she was sure to find a shape that complimented them. Probably the best dip nails I've ever had. I won't have them done anywhere else in oxford again!! read more

Very happy with this location so far. I've used them twice and had the same request both times (mani with gel & pedi with French tips) and surprisingly it was the same price both times! (Typically does not happen with most salons around town). Plan to go back again. read more
