The salon itself is very classy and you can tell a lot of love went into figuring out little details, like the accent walls and chandeliers. I was told they are actually expanding and breaking down a wall to make the salon bigger. Oh and YES, it's clean. I called to book a full-set dip nails and a regular pedicure about 2 weeks prior to my requested appointment. I had no problem booking over the phone. They took me in right away upon my arrival. My pedicure was first. I actually have never gotten a real pedicure, with all the steps, a massage, cuticles pushed...all that jazz. So this was my first time and it was excellent! Vee did my pedicure and she was super sweet and honest. When I told her I was getting dip nails for my hands, she said I didn't need to get extensions because my natural length was good. I appreciated this because it shows they're honest and don't push you to get extra. I still ended up getting the extensions because some nails were broken lol. Anyways, Vee was chatty with me and did a great job on my nails. Her technique was great. I never felt uncomfortable or any pains. I then got my dip nails done by Trinh. She was very sweet and kept making sure I was satisfied with the shape and colour of my nails. I had a ton of questions, since I never get my nails done and she was super informative. This salon is not like your typical nail salon. I defs got a different vibe here. A more classy, up-scale vibe. They care about their customers and pay attention to detail. They're all thoughtful and outgoing. The care they have for their customers show, as all the ladies that left the salon during my services were all very happy with their nails. This is a really nice place. It is well decorated for a nail salon. I went there to get my nails done for my birthday and I showed the nail tech which design I wanted and which colour. She said she can do it no problem. The colour came out amazing, but when it came down to the two designs on my accent nails.... I'm never going back. I don't understand how this nail tech found this design to be acceptable. I told her it wasn't nice and I didn't want it but she didn't change it. She got upset and left it. I ended paying 65 dollars for this terrible nail design. I'm never going back to this salon again. read more

My trusted girlfriend and only nail technician I go to had never heard of it either and was out of town. Not very good experience at all, I mean I've lived in Woodbridge for awhile and can't seem to find a good nail salon. This was again one of those 11$ to fix one nail- so pricey and the quality wasn't even good the nail is fat and ugly im going to go home and file it to size as clearly that can't so why try. He never spoke to me at all only to tap me to put my finger In. Save ur money if u like long nails and good shaping. As someone whose nails are usually damaged from gels and can't grow them out to save the life of me, this salon impressed! My nails were broken off, short, and incredibly damaged so I was rather hesitant about getting a new set done but knew I needed to in order to leave my nails alone long enough for them to grow back out. This is one of the few salons in the area to offer a Dipping Powder manicure using NuGenesis products. I have been back to this salon a few times now and had a bunch of the girls do my nails and every single time has left me happy with how my nails look. They are not only able to offer suggestions but take the time to ensure that your nails are to your liking instead of rushing you out the door in order to bring in more customers. For any of my girls that want long nails but do not want to sacrifice their nail plates, I highly suggest this salon as I have noticed that my nails are finally starting to grow out without being fearful that removing them will only ruin them again! read more

I almost didn't want to write a review, because it would be giving away my favorite nail spot in the GTA, but they deserve a rave review. I get my nails done regularly and have for years. I say this because I've gone to a lot of nail salons. Having lived in cities all over the US and now living in Toronto, I have had a lot of great nail experiences and a lot of bad ones. The ladies at Bella Nails have got to be the best. First off, the atmosphere is great. Its clean and modern and has a luxurious take to the décor. Cindy, the owner, did my nails the first two times I went there, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service and care she gives to her customers and the staff. She owns multiple nail salons and this particular salon is her dream realized - in terms of décor, functionality etc and she did a wonderful job. Ever since going to her, I had settled in to going there every few weeks to get powder dip nails and a pedicure. Since Cindy doesn't always work at this location, I have had the chance to have my nails attended to by the other workers and they are all wonderful, shout out to Annie and Vivienne. Cindy's niece, Que, manages the place flawlessly and everyone there seems to love what they do, and love doing it there - which you can tell in the level of detail and care they give to their customers. I originally went to Bella Nails because they were one of the only places that I could find powder dip color. Powder dip color is the new gel or shellac. They do my nails so well at Bella that I actually go less because they last longer and look great. This place is great, you'll be thrilled with how great your nails look and feel! If i could give this place a 0 star i would. Never going back. I came to get a refill and it was super thick and chunky and the color did not look like the color i chose from the swatches. Not only that but the nail tech cut my skin in many places not only with the drill but with the nail file too.. and at one point the drill slipped from her hand and cut my thumb. They charged me 55$. My mom had seen my hands and was not happy so she called the salon and said she wants me to receive a refund because my hands were all cut up but they said there is nothing they can do other than giving me a "credit" towards the salon which i do not want because i will never go back there even if its free. The next few days the cut on my thumb was getting more and more swollen and turns out it is infected so i had to take antibiotics. We had been communicating back and forth with one of the employees, she has been avoiding to give a contact number to the owner and said if i want a refund i have to come to the salon but we have told her many times i am from montreal and do not live there so its not possible for me to go there now. If i did not get an infection i would let it go but this is just ridiculous, such a fancy salon and can't refund 55$ for THEIR mistake and faults. read more

Lovely decor very pleasant and clean. On a personal choice I'm not sure about the seats for pedicure you can't recline I think I prefer the chair better but again this is just my preference. Vi gave me the best pedicure I've had she was just lovely. I also had refills done which was good but I had to ask Longo to clean under my nails when he was finished and then it wasn't done very well I had to clean under them myself which is disappointing it's very important to do this to keep your nails clean. Overall this is a nice place the girls seem happy working in their environment. If I return I would prefer to have one of the girls do my nails read more

Horrible wait times... there are too many great nail salons these days that it is not worth me waiting for an hour for my appt. if I had been a walk-in I expect to wait I had an appointment for the 3rd time and they were an hour behind which they only told me after waiting 40 minutes and I had to ask how long they would be before beginning my nails. Once in a while I am ok to wait but this is a constant with this nail salon for 1 hour waits. They need to stop overbooking !!! read more

HORRIBLE! I just had the worst salon experience at Bella Nails. I had driven by this salon several times before it opened. Thought I would treat myself for once. Walking in, the establishment is beautiful, brand new and polished. Looks can be deceiving. I was greeted by a girl sitting across the room working on someone's nails. She asked me what service I wanted. It felt weird to yell to her across the salon but fine. Whatever. She tells me she doesn't have time for an hour. I opt to come back. When I go back I'm greeted by a different woman. She asks me "what I want". I tell her I'm there for a 3:30 appointment for shellac manicure and arm wax. She tells me to pick my colour and I do. A few minutes later she asks me "what I want waxed? Eyebrows or something?". I tell her again, arms. Clearly she doesn't pay attention to her appointments. She takes me into the waxing room and sits me down. She proceeds to apply wax in very small, uneven amounts. As she tears off the strip, I notice that only half the hair and wax is removed. She continues for about 30 agonizing minutes. That's when I notice that she has left patches of hair everywhere. I didn't want to say anything, but there was a lot of hair. It takes her 10 minutes to remove the rest and doesn't even get it all. At that point I gave up and decided not to say anything. She then squeezes globs of baby oil, then some kind of after wax in her hand to the point where it's dripping everywhere. She proceeds to rub it on my patchy, waxed arms and drips it all over my dress! Argh! I had to say something, especially when I notice my dress is also covered in wax! So I say, "Excuse me, you know that's going to leave a stain?" Her reply: "Oh no, it's just after wax". I say, "Well no, I saw you use the baby oil too". Her reply: " No it's just after wax, it comes off with dish soap". Whether it comes off with dish soap is besides the point. The bottle is baby oil is right there. Don't bullshit me. Nails: When I saw it was the same moron that was going to be doing my nails, I should have got up and left. I get through the rushed manicure without incident. The best part about getting the manicure is the cream and massage at the end. She puts cream and massages my right hand. She then gets up for the hot towels and wipes my arms. Says thank you and gets up. Umm what about my left hand?? What's the point of saying anything? This woman really doesn't give a shit about her work.
