My photo session took place in April, and I paid in full in advance. I approved all photos and album details months ago, but I still have not received my photo package. I have called many times and been given repeated promises that my package would be shipped "on Monday," but it never happens. The staff and manager say the order appears complete in the system, yet no tracking number and no delivery. Very poor communication and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this store. If I could give zero stars, I ABSOLUTELY would. This review is coming from a quinceañera, and it's terrible to say that when I went in, it was all for show. You walk in, get greeted nicely, but after that, it goes downhill. Two main things I would like to mention: 1. They judge you heavily if you are not skinny. When they asked for my size, I said a 6 or 8, and the lady who was helping me gave me the DIRTIEST look. Although I'm a size 6/8, I can fit into dresses that are a size 2 or 4, and I tried telling her that, but she did not acknowledge me at all. 2. The dresses are ugly, dirty, and ripped. We were not aware of the dresses' conditions, since you are not allowed to look at or try on dresses until after you put a down payment on your package. It's been 4 months, and my mom has decided to cancel the service due to many factors--also because I found a much cheaper studio that actually cares for their clients and keeps their dresses in good condition. It's been over two months of repetitive calling to cancel, and every time, the person who answers says the manager isn't at the store or will call us back. We have NEVER received a call back. And if I'm correct, why does only the manager have the power to cancel the service? Yes, we understand that once the down payment is paid, we do not get refunds, and we've made that clear to every person we talk to on the phone. If I could give them zero stars I would. In the beginning, they rescheduled my daughter's initial fitting the evening before, there was no consideration that I had taken time off of work. Supposedly because the rep assigned to her was no longer available. The second date they scheduled her for, they told her she could only try on three dresses because they were short staffed. I just received my daughter's pictures. Very poorly edited. Seems like the person that edited is very junior with experience to say the least. I asked them to please clean up the images more and they had a fuss about it. The images do not look like the ones shown on instagram. Seems like if your daughter is not involved in the pageants that they are affiliated with or the child of someone well known, they give you the bare minimum effort with the images. I paid around $5000 and you only get 30 edited images in an album and the 600+ raw images. Also, the reason why there are so many good reviews is because you get a free 11x14 if you leave a good review. For "producing" so many sessions, Bella Quinces is horrible with customer service and attention to detail. You are better off going to a "smaller" independent photographer. If you want to see honest reviews - go to their Yelp page. I first left a bad review the day the pictures were taken on google, but they gaslit me so much that I decided to delete it and come back after I was done with them. That was literally a year ago. I am almost done with the process and here is my HONEST REVIEW To be fair I'll start with the Pros: 1. Huge selection of dresses 2. Photographer was amazing 3. Makeup was spectacular 4. One stop shop. You can find everything here for the photography and party. That's it. Now Cons. 1. Huge selection of OVERPRICED dresses. Honestly you can find better quality dresses online or at the mall/macy's for half the price and you get to actually keep them. The costume jewelry alone is at least $100 2. Selection for boys tux (thats included with the package) is VERY limited, not just in styles - but in sizes. I couldn't find anything for my son. 3. Customer Service in all forms (Email, phone) is horrendous. They don't answer emails and no matter what time you call, if you can even get them to answer the phone - its a least a 10 minute hold. I live several hours away so communication has been extremely slow and a nightmare to me. I don't recommend for those who are out of town for this reason alone. After the pictures were taken it took them TWO MONTHS to give me UNEDITED PICTURES. It took 5 months for them to send me the video - and you cannot hear my speech at all. Its just a bunch of noise throughout the whole thing. I also remember specific video clips they were taking during the party of people saying bye to my daughter at the end - and that did not show up on the video. After I got the pictures, I will admit it took me awhile to select the pictures, because (1) I was confused on the process, since I cannot easily go to the store, I had to rely on email and phone communication - which again is atrocious to say the least and (2) I was kind of upset on how the party went, which I will get to in a minute. When I finally did select the pictures, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for the album to be complete (the same time it takes for you to get unedited pictures with just their water stamp). I got the first album but there was a problem with the second album that they admitted was their fault, which I didn't find out until I called them A MONTH after I received the first album. It just so happens I will be in town soon for work and wanted to take the opportunity to pick up the album and end this. I tried calling the photography, left messages for them several times. Finally the week of, I called the Hialeah store and begged the girl not to transfer me. They said the album would be ready on Saturday, but I was leaving Friday. They said they couldn't get it to me on Friday but agreed to ship it since it was their fault there was a delay. I was told it would be shipped no later than Monday. By Tuesday no one had contacted me, didn't even ask me for my address. Then when I called (several times again to get a hold of someone) they said I would pay for shipping? I am currently on hold for more than hour to get this resolved and be done. The party. I had it at their preferred vendor. I've asked them several times to walk me through SLOWLY so I can understand and if we could go ahead of time. Everything was rushed and they kept telling me "not to worry" that someone will be there every step of the way. The day before the party I dropped off the candles for the ceremony. Again, they didn't explain anything to me. I did not realize that people were going to be holding the candles - and I got the floating candles. I thought they would be set up on table when I got there. When I arrived to the location, which I was running late to because of traffic - They were still in a box. I had to set it up myself. They played the wrong song at the daughter/mother dance and they got ALL OUR NAMES WRONG because they didn't even bother to go over that. They sold me a "new dress" and because I trusted their services I didn't inspect the inside and when I took it to get it fitted with seamstress it was brought to my attention how dirty it was inside. The ladies at Bella Quinces that helped my daughter and myself in this process were very sweet and professional. The amount of dresses for the girls to choose from is like no other. Very clean and well kept. The photographer and makeup artist assigned to us the day of the photos also just as professional and friendly. They had lots of patience on the day of the photoshoot, as those days can be action pact. I do recommend to make your initial appointment during the week as it's less busy and the girls can provide additional less rushed help. This is a process that takes time and as it is important for the customer to choose the correct dress for the quinceañera, it's just as important for them to provide the best service. It's not easy pulling, hauling, and putting on those dresses that are heavy and bulky all day long several times in short period of time. read more

Im still waiting for the manager's response about the 20 digital pictures I was promised from the day of purchase. Never in my life in the past when I had purchased a package at a studio that they never give you the right to the pictures you purchased. There was horrible customer service at the store, a nightmare of an experience I had from beginning to end. From a dream moment, they made sure to turn it into a nightmare from the second I paid. Starting from the dress I was only able to try 2 quinces dresses. I paid extra for a flowy dress and then I was told they didn't have any available the day of the picture. I was called a few days later and they only gave me one option of the flowy dress. The day I picked up the dresses they gave me the wrong size of one of the dresses and was told a nonsense excuse by the manager that the size I had reserved didn't exist. The size 4 I reserved they gave me a 10. After an hour of waiting and no one came out to check on me while they were looking for the dress, I decided I didn't want to proceed with the photo session anymore, shortly after I said that the dress appeared. The girl on the floor brought it out to me and I asked her where was the dress, her reply was the seamstress had it in her room on the side for someone else. I also had to wait another hour since the dress had a terrible smell so they could wash it and I had to take it home wet. The manager never came out again to apologize for the lie and/or the inconvenience like nothing had happened. Then of course they sent you home with a package to read and now they are saying the 20 picures I purchased are not included for me to keep without watermarks. I had put all these bad experiences behind to make my daughter's day a special beautiful experience day, and then Villablanca didn't fail. I was treated like hell there. One because I didn't book their horses for $800 or any of their animals that I was offered a few days before or any of their extra things. The manager was rude as hell the moment I was paying before the photo session began, she put me under so much pressure to pay for extra things that I didn't want. And all I did at that point was to stay quiet and pray for this nightmare and day to be over. To the point, she did not post my daughter's pics on her IG like she does with all the quinceaneras. The makeup guy "Abdiel" whom I was referred to as the "best makeup artist" brought up his personal issues at the moment by getting a phone call. And was on the phone the whole entire time while doing my daughter's makeup and talking about personal matters and his nasty breath was on her face the whole time while talking. During the photo session, he had such a bad attitude and behavior toward the photographer all due to the phone call he received and the energy he put at the time it was horrible and the few times he was asked to retouch my daughter's makeup most of the time he was sitting and I was the one helping the photographer. Yes, I know and was told they work as a team but this was unacceptable. What can I expect from such people? In conclusion, I feel you guys play it all along as a team and treat customers like prey. Initially I thought this place was perfect. My niece loved her dress. She was happy and excited about her photo shoot this weekend. Everything has been purchased for her special day. They were paid cash weeks in advance,however this unprofessional unreliable place has decided to cancel the shoot with only a few days notice. Not keeping in mind or caring about the inconvenience or the devastating effect it would have on my beautiful niece. We visited several places for our daughter's Quinces Pictures. Maritza was very helpful explaining all the packages and picked 3 dresses for our daughter, all of which she liked and fit her perfectly. The main person there that day decided to have a 20 minute gossip session with a lady that had just walked in while 3 of us were there waiting our turn. I wish I would have left and gone some where else. They need to clean house...hire professional, caring and customer service orientated employees. I know it's the Hialeah location and all but let's not just hire the first girl that comes in... Over the phone, they are equally unprofessional and put you on hold for 10 minutes at a time. It doesn't matter at what time you are calling they always put you on hold. It's beyond upsetting to know a company is pricing rental gowns at the same price as buying the gown! I went in and my daughter to try on a few dresses. All the dresses you can tell had been worn as a matter of fact we notified the person trying on her dresses of all the things we were seeing and she said not to worry that they would wash it or fix it prior to her using it and at the end of the trail we ask for pricing to 3 dresses for rental without pictures. I was given the prices and though it seemed a bit pricey but didn't think anything of it since it's not like you rent Quinceañera gowns often. I ended up calling them back a few days later because I found all three gowns for purchase at the same price they gave me for rental so I figured the young lady had priced me in error. Oh my gosh the lady over the phone in the Hialeah office who said she was actually a (store manager) flipped out on the phone to me! Telling me that I must be looking at different models, that they are fake, I even explained that my neighbor went with me and her gown that she purchased at the online store that I was talking about and that it was Indeed an original and she said that they can price their dresses at whatever they wanted. She told me if I didn't like it to go elsewhere and I responded by saying that I wanted to speak to the owner and she said he doesn't work out of the store. These stores are a joke and people need to be aware. I have dealt with 3 different incidents and this is why I decided to make this post! 1) I went on a Saturday to the Hialeah location 30 minutes before closing and the girl actually gave me a hard time to take care of me so she said that I should go on the Sunday that it would be better. 2) that fact that you went back on the Sunday and that you realize that this is a form of Price gouging because they know not many places have rental gowns for these special events! 3) prior to these events I had been to the LeJeune location and the older lady who works there was beyond nasty to us. Letting us try on only three dresses (rushed) and telling us that if we didn't do pictures with them the prices to the dress would be higher. Also what I mean by rushed is she didn't even let my daughter barely see herself in the third dress because she told the assistant that the dress didn't look good on her like the second to take it off plus that she had to leave and she grabbed her purse and walked out the door (mind you the location closed about 1 hour after she left) which I then spoke to the lady in the picture section to ask why it was different if you purchase the picture package. read more

To try all these beautiful dresses for the one day to feel like a princess but unfortunately it's hard to feel that way when your limited to the amount of dresses your able to try. WORST EXPERIENCE ever at the beginning I was recommending it to family and friends because the packages they offered were good but it's honestly unreal. I would NEVER Recommend this place to anyone. I took my pictures in November and I'm still waiting next month will be one year. I waited 2 months for my USB and then 4 months to give me the pictures edited. When they finally gave me one of my albums it was August and it was okay nothing wrong. Then I got my second album and my face was blurry and distorted in the pictures and just unbelievable. The manager took it back and sent a new one to be made that month in August. Still haven't received it. When I was given my wall picture enlargement they printed the wrong picture when I went back to the one I picked thinking it was my fault for picking the wrong picture it wasn't they got a random picture because I didn't even pick it. Called to confirm that they had a particular wedding dress that I found in a bridal magazine. Gave the maker & number. Natalie confirmed that they had the dress and it was in stock. I arrived for my appointment on time. I wasn't greeted warmly, given a seat, offered a drink or any other kind of customer service. Then they told me Natalie wasn't there, that some girl would help me. Then they said she was no longer with the company, wouldn't look up her notes, so I had to go out to my car, get the note, with the dress information. They didn't have the dress. They then told me that they are primarily a 15 party shop. I guess this means that my money is no good to them. I asked to see other dresses, they kept complaining to me while digging through the dresses, accusing me of not having confirmed the dress was in stock in the store. I told them that this was Natalie's job, not mine. I finally got to try on one size 4 dress, which I couldn't get into and they didn't help me. My "assistant" was outside the store on her phone when I left, she told her caller to wait a minute, and I breezed by, into David's Bridal, telling her "don't worry about it." The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Lacking quality assistance and manners. Actually, blatantly rude. I am one of 9 bridesmaids in my friends wedding that came here to get their dress. The initial consultation was a mostly bad experience for everyone. Upon entering the store, no one greeted, offered a seat or a drink, or even acknowledged our presence. Once we were finally attended, the measuring process for the dress was a bit strange. It was right there in the open, no privacy. They are equally rude over the phone to all of us. Any time we called to check on the status of the dress, put on hold for 10 min without even asking what we're calling for or hanging up on us. After weeks of no communication the bride called and was told that they've been calling all of us to come get the dresses fitted. Not one of 9 people ever received a call from the store! None, No voicemail, zero. When we called the store no answer. My dress came in two sizes larger, other girls dresses came in sizes smaller. Got fitted for alterations, was asked to pick it up in one week that it would be ready. Showed up when asked the hem still had pins in it. Nothing had been done to it after a week. Wasted my time going there. This was two weeks before the wedding. When they finally did alter it, I called before making the trip to confirm it was done this time. I spoke to the most rude person there. She answered the phone, as I began to ask for confirmation that it was ready she cut me off saying "we're too busy to talk to you right now. I'll take your number and someone will return your call"! All I wanted was a simple yes it's ready and that's it. She didn't even check, didn't bother to look in the system or even ask the seamstress. She put me on hold for ten minutes answered the phone again and hung up on me. I had to call twice more to get a hold of someone else. Thankfully that time I spoke to Joanna who was super nice over the phone; a stark contrast to everyone else. The end result...the hem was still wrong. The silk under-slip was cut too short- you could see my foot and the outer chiffon layer was too long. A week before the wedding! Before I lost my marbles, I just took it to my dry cleaners to get steamed and fix the longer hem. Thankfully the cleaners came through. The only person that was pleasant at all was our salesperson Rita. She's great, everyone else should be fired. Bella Quinces get it together. I will never recommend it or shop there again. read more

The customer service in this establishment is horrific. The employees are incredibly rude and they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor. Mind you, if it wouldn't be for their customers they wouldn't have a business. It started with my first appointment, they were rushing us the whole time because they were in a hurry to close. They shouldn't give their customers late appointments if they aren't willing to stay a few minutes over. Secondly, the dress was overly priced in compared to other stores within the industry. My daughter loved the dress so I went ahead and moved forward with the rental. I asked them to make sure the beads on the dress where fixed, it would be cleaned and ironed. The day before the event I went to pick up the dress and the coordinator, Dalysbeth, tells me I will need to steam the dress if I find it to be wrinkled because it's been put away for so long. Later on I notice when my daughter goes to try on the dress that it had not been washed, it was disgustingly dirty, full of leaves, and broken on the corset. This was the day before the event, this is completely unacceptable! The day after the event I went to return the dress and in speaking to manager all she could say was that this has never happened before and this is not the service they provide this is why their business is so successful. I'm rating them a 3 due to the dress that we picked out having a tear in the bodice section that wasn't there when it was tried on. We realized it was torn the day of the shoot. Buyer beware. Before you commit to any of their ridiculously priced photography packages, read the fine print & invoice terms. The company has packages ranging from $1500 to well over $6000. The sales girls push you to get the higher end packages and temp you by including larger acrylic albums. They tell you they are running a special promotion and are including a larger album on a package that normally has a smaller one. I was helped by Rita Martinez who had no customer service skills and just wanted to get me to sign so she can get her commission. I was rushed and felt like I was being coerced into making an uneducated decision. I made the mistake of selecting a package that was about $2,900. The packages fail to include additional expenses you will incur such as location fees, additional wardrobes, shoes, jewelry, crowns, make up, hair etc. They also push you to select their location "white house" for $600. After speaking with my daughters father, whom I was counting on for part of the expense, it was decided that we get a more economical package. When I went back to the Bella Quince in Hialeah (the next day) and made my request, they flat out told me that they could not give me a less expensive package. That I could not downgrade the package, only upgrade. I asked to speak with the owners on several occasions and was told by the manager, Kairin, that they are very busy and that it would be impossible to set up a meeting with them. I told her there was no way I could afford the package I had signed up for and her answer was (in Spanish) if we accommodated everyone who came back to us to downgrade their packages, we would go out of business. She made it sound like there were a lot of customers who sign up for these glamorous packages and then regret it. Had I known this before I signed the contract, I would have purchased the least expensive package. Later on, I could've always added or upgraded. I gave them a required deposit of $950 which I later lost because I never did business with them again. I was never able to meet or even speak with the owners for a full or even partial reimbursement. I was never contacted by anyone from this company to try and work something out with my situation. They pocketed the $950 and went about their business. If you are one of those moms looking for a photographer for your daughters 15's, I would not even enter their doors. If you do decide to go, be very careful of the package you select, because you will be stuck with it. Do your research.
