Of course that wasn't an option! I then agreed to buy three small items of furniture and he refused to even move a very light drink table to the front of the store so I could load it into my car! Apparently expecting me to move all the furniture around it and risk damage to get to the front of the store so I could access it. It's 'Owner first' at this place... not 'customer first'.
