Incredible lack of customer service is unfortunately only outdone by the owners terrible attitude. Just before closing time (of 4pm!)I asked if they could hold a couple of items for one hour in the morning so I wouldn't hold them up. Of course that wasn't an option! I then agreed to buy three small items of furniture and he refused to even move a very light drink table to the front of the store so I could load it into my car! Apparently expecting me to move all the furniture around it and risk damage to get to the front of the store so I could access it. It's 'Owner first' at this place... not 'customer first'. read more
