Over the past 8 months it has really gone down hill. Not only do you pay for the package you then have to pay again each time to use the beds. The beds are always broken... ALWAYS. The quality used to be worth it. Unfortunately I am not the only person that feels this way, it is so sad to see the staff they have there and the pitiful beds. Check out google reviews. Maybe this post will reach the owner and they will fix the issue.

But it's manipulation because why would someone want to pay half off for an upgrade when they've already purchased a tanning package, it's just to get people in there and they read the sign and then they tell you different and then hope that you just don't leave because you're already there. They're expensive and their beds are not even good. A lot of people went in there when they thought that happy hour was half off for anybody on those days but now they changed it so a lot of people don't go there now because of that.

This woman is very rude to everyone i've seen her interact with including myself. Her inhospitable behavior should not be placed at the front desk, it's threatening and unwelcoming. After this woman told me i couldn't use the tanning lotion i paid for, even though it's not on the banned lotion list, the company lost all of my respect and business. I highly suggest no one goes to Island Tropics in Poland unless you enjoy feeling like you don't belong.
