It's my one treat to myself that I really look forward to. I had a really stressful week and was so excited to go tanning,I got there and went in at about 4:20. This is the 3rd time I've gone now that I haven't recognized anyone. No big deal.. However the 1st time I had my daughter with me who is 11 and they asked me when I went back if I wanted her to stay out there with them and I thought that was strange because I didn't know any of them and I wouldn't leave my daughter in a store front with people I don't know and try to relax for 15 mins? It kind of bothered me but I didn't think much of it after that just that they were being nice and I was being weird.. So I went in after my long week and this being my 3rd time with all new people . I got my room and went back. I put my headphones and laid down. It felt so good and warm. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs very bad so the warmth of the tanning beds helps a lot with pain.. The next thing I remember is waking up abruptly and then the door opened and there was a Union township COP and like 4 ladies from the front all standing there staring at me in my bikini top and thong. I have gone here for 4 years and have never had one problem and I have NEVER fallen asleep in a tanning bed. That alone would have me embarrassed and now all of this. The cop proceeded to question me and asked me if I was on drugs he tried to watch me get dressed I asked him if I could have privacy he banged on the door three more times while it was open.. My boyfriend was outside he came in during all of this. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I have never done drugs. I have had health problems and had a kidney transplant so if anything I would be dead OR need medical attention before I would need a cop there.!!!!! THE COP SAID HE SEES THIS KIND OF THING ALL THE TIME SO AM I ON DRUGS. AND WE ARE LIKE WHAT SOMEONE FALLING ASLEEP LAYING DOWN IN A WARM BED???? I will NEVER go back here!!! And all this happened around 5pm. So I guess I was sleeping with my headphones in for about 15mins.... I found out that they have NEW OWNERS. .. Everyone that works here is so kind and it's very clean inside... One of my favorite places to go..

Mark was happy with his flat top, Xavier's high and tight cleaned up his scruffy look, and I was so thrilled with six inches off my hair and a lovely asymmetrical cut - thanks to Quinn! Kyle won Emily over with a fresh look perfect for outdoorsy romping around at her upcoming summer camp! Jenna does nails, waxing and permanent makeup if you want to make it a one stop shop and put your best look forward. Payment is easy; convenient that they use Apple Square. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I don't typically write negative reviews because I understand things happen but I…read moream so appalled with how we were treated by management. My partner and I went in for a spray tan. First, we walked in and the building was so hot we instantly started sweating. My partner told the front desk lady she had never had a spray tan. I have had one but it was 1.5 year ago so we asked for directions. The lady gave us quick directions. We asked additional questions to try to gain an understanding of how to properly use the booth. She didn't know the answers because she informed us she has never actually used the bed. When I finished my spray tan was running all over my body and did not dry. My partner immediately went to the front desk. I was given a towel to dry with. My partner went next. She experienced the same thing. Later that night we received a call from Ryan who is the manager. He assured us that we would look "flawless" in the morning. Well, we DID NOT look flawless the next morning. I called Ryan to let him know. Ryan was very unprofessional. He said that because I had a spray tan 1.5 years ago I should have known what I was doing because "it's like riding a bike" we asked for a refund and even offered to come in so he could see the results. He said no and that the best he could do was offer us a free spray tan for next time. He continued to be rude and condescending. I asked for the owner to please contact me and Ryan replied "Nope, sorry but that's not how they run their business". I can get over the fact that we were given poor directions and that our spray tan did not turn out as expected but I can not return to a placed that treated us so poorly.
