This place is a rip off their beds are not that great and they advertise that on certain days you get half off but when you get there they switch it up and say that you have to have a tanning package and then you pay half off for an upgrade on Happy hour. But it's manipulation because why would someone want to pay half off for an upgrade when they've already purchased a tanning package, it's just to get people in there and they read the sign and then they tell you different and then hope that you just don't leave because you're already there. They're expensive and their beds are not even good. A lot of people went in there when they thought that happy hour was half off for anybody on those days but now they changed it so a lot of people don't go there now because of that. read more

I absolutely love this tanning salon. The staff is amazing, the prices is amazing, but most importantly the beds are to die for. They have a huge selection of bed types, they are always clean, always changing bulbs when they need too, and their lotions are absolutely amazing. Good specials on tanning but this place truly lacks class. Employees look and act extremely unprofessional. There is clearly no dress code, one employee wore a shirt way to small for her causing her stomach to hang out and her pants were constantly falling down showing her rear end. When you call employees just scream TROPITAN in the phone and have other conversations while you're trying to get information. There's always a long wait for beds; I would suggest maybe creating an appointment system so others on a time crunch don't have to wait 20 minutes for a bed. Employees take their good ole time to go clean the rooms; they make sure they finish scrolling on Facebook or finish their text before they get up to clean the rooms. Beds are nice and prices are fairly priced but overall if you aren't looking for speedy or good service go else where. read more
