I had to share this when I saw my new license picture!!! I had a Y- lift (non surgical) several months ago. It is a subtle lifting, smoothing, and cheek defining procedure. I saw more definition in my cheeks early on, but I didn't realize just how much better it made my overall appearance until I compared my new license photos with my old one. read more

Dr. Goodman and her team are extremely educated, caring and professional. It's been a year since I've had any procedure done. I've had Botox twice, lip injections a few times and a series of micro needling for my acne scars. The Botox and lip injections we're easy and done quickly. The micro needling took a bit longer, however the results have been incredible for my acne scars and overall facial appearance. The results have been truly amazing and on top of that- it's the service that I receive which makes it even better. In addition, the office is beautiful and truly fabulous. I thought I'd update this, because as responsible and sincere as this response sounded, I wasn't exactly comfortable revisiting this establishment. What I failed to mention in my first post, is this wasn't the first issue, and I had brought up concerns before- and was only met with aggressive excuses. I was new to this, and investing more into my appearance, so I figured the doctor knew best. I felt as if I was tame in my review, and after the meeting, I think I am more mad then when it all started. If you walk into this establishment thinking the person performing or supervising an expensive procedure is the doctor, it isn't, unfortunately. Though it is advertised as the doctor performing this procedure, she was not present, and did not do any checks on it. Even when I returned a month later, she said nothing about it, didn't look at it, and just rushed in and rushed out. She mentioned in our remedial meeting, that she trains them, and no other doctors in the area perform it themselves, so it's standard. In this case, shame on me for wanting not the trainee, but the trainer, and the medical professional to be performing the procedure I have paid over 2k for. She explained that I couldn't have done the other procedure, which was never the tone during our consultation- and went as far as to put the guides on my face to show that my face was "just too rounded" for that sort of procedure. She was "wrong about it only needing one session"- per what she assured me in the consultation, but constantly defended that it did all that it should have. Here's my point- if you ensure me that a procedure is going to take one session, then that's what it should take. Was there a difference? Sure. I'm sure me losing additional weight didn't hurt that either. Did it live up to the expectations set by the doctor? Absolutely not. Then there's the issue with my lips, but that's all been resolved by another doctor. I loved it when a plastic surgeon asked me why there was so much filler in my philtrum, and if I had requested that. The meeting was a colossal waste of my time, and frankly, I knew it would be. Unfortunately, they really tied a bow on the whole experience by pulling out printed out copies of my rewards points as a parting gift. I had explained many times that I had never had the points put in my account, and I had brought this to their attention many times whilst a patient. I had discussed this with several people, given them my email address, etc, nothing was done. They printed them off to show that they were in my account, and to basically have their "told ya so" moment. I had shown them previously my live screen, with the zero balance. I could tell they were reveling in this, until it was realized that they had my email misspelt, no matter how many times I had asked for assistance previously, and had given them my email address. Also, I think seductive reasoning could have solved all of this... ncaprin@gmail.com, eh, Doctor Goodman? Now, even though I specifically stated on my paperwork that I did not want my photos used on social media, i'm expecting them, and so is my lawyer. In that case, I'll make a full video for anyone interested in seeing my actual results. I hope that my experience will save some costly mistakes. read more

I am so thankful we have Bella Vi Spa & Aesthetics in Evansville. Dr. Goodman takes her time and is so thorough in explaining pre and post procedures that it took my worry away. I have had several procedures done with her and the spa and always a beautiful experience. She & her staff are very "real" in what I can expect and that means a lot to me. I've just had my regular session of botox injections with Dr. Goodman last week, and while some results are immediate, today is the first day i look completely rested and more youthful, even though i'm not. She is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to achieving a natural, smooth forehead and crow's feet area. My only wish is that it lasted a year!
