Besides the cardio and weight areas there is a circuit room by the locker rooms, and hydro massage chairs. I'm fussy when it comes to my preferred elliptical equipment and BFit has some older Precor machines which is exactly what I like. I've tried some newer equipment elsewhere and found that they were harder for me to use. Call me old school but I'll support any gym with a Precor elliptical. Also, I went at mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all which is big plus for me as well.

She had largely stepped away from massage but quickly suggested I come see her because "that was one of her favorite things to work on". I was able to get 3 sessions in with her prior to follow up/scheduling procedure and in those 120 minutes of targeted work, she was able to increase my mobility enough that I was able to avoid sedation and address the injury I had been fighting for a year with PT. Tiffany always goes above and beyond and genuinely invests in her clients well being, even coming out of semi-retirement to help when I needed her. Wish I had reached out sooner.

I got a relaxation pack and a muscle soreness pack.

I told him yes, that would be fine and suddenly he changed his story and he insisted I fill out all of my information fresh in their giant orange tablet before I could even look around. I explained that I will do that after I look around like he had already promised. He then said it was for " Insurance liability". I then asked why he promised to show me around and he just stood there caught in his own lie. Very clear they no longer care about quality of their business, only the money. They promise a in house massage, chef, and a whole bunch of others on their storefront sign, they do not have those in the gym. False promotion, horrible policies to keep you stuck and paying, horrible management and horrible environment.
