Took my daughter in for a kids hair cut with Alicia. My daughter loved how her hair turned out. Alicia was super nice and really took the time to get to know my daughter. Alicia did so good with my daughter that I booked myself an appointment to get a hair cut as well. I got the women's hair cut plus the style. Again Alicia did so good. The vide inside is was very welcoming. Everyone was friendly, it's like your hanging out having a girls day. Will totally be going back to see Alicia again. Cassie is the most talented microblade artist. I have seen the work of other artists as far away at Napa, and Cassie, by far, has the most outstanding results. Let me start by saying I was so nervous to get my brows done. This is a semi permanent tattoo going on your face and all. I trusted Cassi to know she knew what she was doing, and also with the shape of my new brows. I am 3 days in and couldn't be more happy with the results. I have been getting a ton of compliments, and I love the way I feel with them. She starts out by numbing your brows, then shapes them. She told me I can change the shape however makes me comfortable but I trusted what she had planned out. During the process I had a mirror to check in whenever I pleased but I chose not to. She also will numb your brows more during the process. The pain level for me was tolerable. After she's finished she goes through the healing process and how to help heal your new brows! read more

I decided to treat myself and made an appointment for Lash extensions with Esme. I went in on a Thursday of my birthday week. I've had extensions before and wanted a treat for my busy schedule. The place is really cute and there is plenty of parking on the side. Esme is honestly really sweet and the place was extremely clean. Although the rooms are separated they are open up top so other conversations are easily heard. Let's get to the sad part. My appointment was Thursday and by Friday morning half of my extensions were on my face when I woke up. I sleep upright and didn't wash my face that night either. 24 hour no water in fresh set of extensions. I Messaged right away because I know I have a busy schedule, to inform her in a very nice way that they had came off. By day 2-3 all of the rest had came off. She said it was because I curled my lashes the morning before getting them done. But they are cleansed off before starting the process at which Any curled hair is reset. No oils or cleansers were used on my eye. I work during the week so that's why I kept her informed of my lashes prior. I had already made an appointment for a fill. I informed her they were all gone and I would actually need a new set. She said she would give me a "discount" on a new set. Up to this point I was really rooting for her success and wanted to support a local business. I had paid for a new full set that lasted less than 3 days. At which I was expected to pay again for a service I never actually got the full benefit nor half. Had they at least stayed on a week I wouldn't have minded chalking up more funds and tried again. I really wasn't expecting anything for free and value the techs time but being in the industry I would have redid them. But That's just me. She said she would refund my deposit I had given for a fill(follow up). Now I'm out over 100 for a 1 day lash set. I would have really appreciated a hey "I don't know what went wrong let's fix this" Had I for any reason felt I did something to jeopardize the process I wouldn't mind paying again. I shouldn't have had to even ask to have them redone. So awkward to make me feel as if I'm trying to take advantage of anyone. I really do wish her the utmost success and hopefully refine what ever may have gone wrong. read more

The procedure itself was so pleasant she made me feel informed relaxed and showed me what the plan for my eyebrows would look like my drawing them in. Salon is very clean. First off, Cassi has the BEST energy. I never met her before until the day I was getting my brows done but it felt I had known her already for years. The positive energy and space she has created feels like a 5 star luxury resort. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the decor was very chic and classy. I knew nothing about microblading prior to this experience but Cassi made the procedure so easy and worry free. She explained the process, outlined my brows prior to make sure I was happy with the shape, she showed me color variations prior and asked for my input, and she allowed me to get an idea of what the brows would look like prior to her beginning the service. I've never had any work done here, but I did attend their grand opening... So this place is pretty new(from what I was told). I came here today to have a facial with Ally and it was awesome. She is great. But honestly the environment is not so great. I had to listen to someone talk about her sex life and how she has a husband and a lover and how they lived in the same house together for awhile. Yeah it was aweful. I got my brows microbladed by Cassi in December 2018. Holy moly I can't believe it's been that long! One of the best decisions ever. I researched for a long time because 1. I don't have any tattoos so I was nervous and 2. Hello this was going on my face lol. Cassi has literally the best eye for detail and you can totally tell she is super passionate about it. I've had mine for over a year and the pigment stuck really really well to the point where I am actually choosing not to go in for my annual touch up. I love my brows so much and there's still so much I can do with them.
