That customer immediately went and told the sales associate what she had heard. Only then, as we were walking out the door, did the associate finally acknowledge us. The experience was extremely disappointing. Every customer who enters a store should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the staff believes they will make a purchase. Unfortunately, we left feeling unwelcome and as though our business simply did not matter.
