I went with my sister and we both got a paraffin pedicure! The pedicure chair gives an amazing adjustable massage and my feet feel brand new. The environment is very relaxing, and they have a complimentary drink menu. I got a honey ginger tea with real ginger in it. This was such a treat. Best $48 (+optional tip) I spent today! Bellagio is absolutely my favorite place in Austin! I started going here about 8 months ago and I won't go anywhere else!! Nina is absolutely lovely and the whole staff is very talented. I always ask for Gel X with unique and sometimes complicated nail designs and they get me right every time and usually make it look better than whatever inspiration picture I show the staff. They are great about suggesting which color combinations and shapes go best together, and shaping them perfectly. Bellagio is also very efficient and I can get my old set removed, and a new complicated set done in roughly 2 hours. With the gel X my nails will last up to 3 weeks before they start looking rough. The pedicures are great here as well and I love the hot stone option. The ambiance here is also very relaxing and everything is very clean. The staff is very welcoming and even offer complimentary drinks! They make a great Vietnamese coffee which just makes each experience here even better. 11/10 stars! read more

Nails were not pink and ombre like i asked for. I asked her to redo the ombre a few times but didnt help. Shaping of them is inconsistent and she left nail polish all over my hands. The nail salon itself was very clean and nice and pleasant people. read more

I would not recommend this place due to some shady business practices I experienced. I went in for a pedicure, a full set, and an eyebrow wax. After my pedicure, the technician wrote down the price on a slip and passed it to the woman who did my nails which was fine she charged me the right price. Then I just got a basic full set--nothing fancy, no long or elaborate nails. The service itself was okay--not amazing, but I went with it. Once my nails were done, the technician wrote $52 on the slip and handed it to me to take up to the front for checkout. But before I paid, I reminded them that I still needed my eyebrows waxed. We did that, and when I handed the slip back to have the $12 eyebrow wax added, I noticed something strange: she had increased my nail charge by an extra $5, bringing it from $52 to $57 after my nails was already done. I asked myself, why the sudden increase? Nothing had changed about the service. It felt shady and dishonest. I didn't want to make it a big deal, so I just paid and left, but the more I thought about it, the more it bothered me. I can't help but feel like they may be doing this to other customers who aren't paying close attention. So here's my advice: if you do choose to go here, make sure to check your pricing carefully. Watch out for any unexpected or unexplained charges. read more

My friend recommended Bellagio, and I finally checked them out last month. First, even though I did not have an appointment, they took me pretty much immediately (I went at around midday on a Wednesday). I got a dip manicure, and they expertly shaped my nails into my requested almond style. I specifically asked them to narrow my nails (but NOT make a point tip), and they understood exactly what I was asking. They helped me choose a color (I was looking for a darker shade of brown for the fall) and they offered me a free mimosa and fresh fruit as a snack. At the end of the appointment, they had me choose a free "gift" as a thank you -- they had a bunch of cute candles and hair claw clips to choose from. Really great service all around! The place itself is extremely clean with nice music, comfortable stations, and just a great vibe all around. I highly recommend coming here for your next nail appointment! read more

I gave 1 star because I had to. These people don't listen..They are cheats and customer service is none. I paid for a pedicure and the tech skipped steps because she said I didn't need them even though I paid for it. Drove 45 minutes for horrible service and I regret paying them anything. They refused to do what I wanted and became upset because I didn't take their suggestions. read more

I came here on a Saturday and I don't think I'll ever come back, but my friend goes here and likes this place, so I'll give it three stars. I got a dip manicure and it took two hours. Usually it only takes 1 hour, maybe 1.5 hour max at other places. I noticed every other client had complimentary drinks but they never offered me anything throughout the two hours. I showed them a design from their Instagram, but they didn't really remember the exact colors so they asked me what I wanted. I took their suggestions, but realized it didn't look the same at all by the end of it. She asked me if I liked it, and I said yes...so that's my fault lol. But I think many people will understand, it's hard to say you DONT like something in front of their face. The design I can get over because I could've spoken up, but my biggest concern here was how painful it was. She nicked my cuticles so many times. Maybe each finger had a cut. I had a small infection a couple weeks later and two of my nails broke. I've been getting my nails done at other salons for years (dip or gel) and I've never had a nail break in half like that. However it is very clean and pretty in there. I just don't think I'll ever go back after not liking my nails at all and being in pain for that high price. read more

I got an acrylic mani and gel pedi for about $85 since they have 20% off on Wednesdays. It's cheap but the quality of my pedicure is horrible and I'll have to get it redone. The polish is all over my cuticles and skin. I asked her to fix it twice and she filed my skin with a nail file and left it burning. 2 stars because at least the manicure was ok for the price read more

Ok so I have come here 4x and have been turned away service! I came here ONCE a year ago!!! I like it so much I wanted them to be my permanent nail salon. I liked them so much on my $86 dollar nails, I tipped 35 dollars. But I guess they don't remember that. I guess they don't remember I drive a nice car and have designer sunglasses. Sorry when I came in I had to use the bathroom immediately and didn't want to announce it to the entire facility I have to pee!!!!! This is absolutely horrible service. I would never come back here if you guys hadn't custom made the color I got..... I can't find anywhere that has similar color. But I'll go back to my old salon since yall don't want my business. The photos are simply to portray I was profiled or something. They thought I wouldn't tip or something !! How wrong were there. I am 100% someone who is certain that just because she looked tired from working Uber 12 straight hours she got judged for it and didn't get service I'll make the drive to south congress!! nice salon very nice and clean but the service not so great lady didn't speak english and burn me with the hot stones. She file my left toe nails with the electric file but skip my right toe mails and she did it with regular file which was very interesting . For the price the least they can do is to remove the hard part from heel, I was not impressed with the hot stone pedicure. The lady left and didn't care about checking on me at all. read more

TERRIBLE PLACE!! My girlfriend came here to get her nails done for her birthday and they came out terrible! I don't know anything about nails but I could tell at first glance that the job was second rate. They refused to correct their mistakes and brushed off her comments on what she wanted repeatedly. I came here with my friends the other day, and they both loved their experiences... which is the only reason i'm giving two stars. My experience was awful, and i'm still thinking about it a week later. It wasn't so much the nails I have a problem with. Yes, they are longer than I asked for, a little crooked, and not the color I wanted: but i'm mostly upset with the way I was treated. I have never left a nail salon CRYING like I did this day. First of all, my friends were seen to immediately for both their manicures and pedicures. I was left waiting next to them for 20-30 minutes for each service, and we had scheduled an appointment for 3 an hour before we got there. The man who did my nails was not very friendly at all, and kept laughing about the shape of one of my fingers to the coworker next to him. I specifically asked for my nails to be the same length as my friend's, and he made them way longer- to the point that I had to file them down when I got home. After he was done, he just told me to go wait next to my friends at the pedicure station, got up, then left. I didn't have a chance throughout any of the service to look at my nails and ask to make them shorter or more even. but again- they're just nails. I sat in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes before anyone came over to help me. She didn't offer me the pedicure book to choose a package, and got disgruntled when my friend noticed and brought it up saying, "excuse me, she never told you what package she wanted". Since I waited so long that my friends (who both chose the 40-an hour long packages) were almost done- I got the basic package. She was very rough and in a rush with my feet, but at least she didn't make fun of me (like my other technician) about any of my toes. The owner ended up finishing my toes, and he was very nice. However- bc of the amount of time I waited both times he offered me a complimentary warm towel to make up for it... thank you? Then when I checked out with him, he overcharged me for "design"- he charged me the same as he charged my friend (who got a star design) and way more than my other friend (who got a similar design to mine). My nails are hardly a design... They are actually less polish than normal. I was patient and kind up until this point when the owner noticed something was wrong. He was asking why I wasn't happy, and I was so emotionally exhausted from the experience that I just told him it was the amount of time I waited. & then I left, crying as soon as I got into my car. My nails aren't ugly. They are just not what I wanted. The people who work here are talented, and treated my friends well. I don't know if it's because i'm "thicker" compared to my friends, or what... but the way they treated me was very unprofessional and just... unkind. Maybe my next experience would be a better one, but I don't feel comfortable giving them another try. read more

I live about 30 minutes away from the salon, but I happily take the drive because I know that I'll be taken care of and leave with exactly what I ask for. The salon being beautiful is an added bonus. An appointment will NOT guarantee you a space. They double booked me and another girl. Then took her in front of me when she found out what I wanted. I do NOT recommend Jazzee. She is very unsure of herself and was completely unapologetic about the situation. She just passed me along to someone else. Another 20-30 minute wait. No apology. Just a bunch of ummmmmmmmmm. Apparently they are short staffed. Only 3 technicians working on a Friday! read more

So, this was my first time coming here and when i mentioned that they immediately welcomed me. I got a full set and pedicure for an upcoming trip. Firstly, I am absolutely in love with the end result of my full set, like it's to die for, the shape and design came out exactly how I envisioned. I will give them their props for talking through my design idea and giving me price breakdowns for everything. I wanted a gold shimmer and it was going to be an extra 10, but they said they would take that off for me and give a deal to make sure I was happy. So customer service and the attitude of everybody was really great. As far as facilities, everything is super clean and well kept up. I didn't go to the bathroom so I can't comment on that, but they do provide refreshments if you would like. My only note is that my pedicure could been better, but I asked for like a glitter top polish and it was drying out, I guess, so it wasn't speeding properly. Thus, there are like portions where the glitter pooled and portions that expose the color underneath unevenly. But that's partially the polishes fault. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will certainly be coming here from now on. I suggest you do the same, the quality and service is there! read more

Been coming to Bellagio for over a year and half now, and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Been in Austin 13 years and they are always worth the 20/30 min drive for my appointment. The owners and all the techs are not only so talented and fast, but they will always squeeze you in for whatever you need. Y'all... Let me just start with saying that absolutely nothing has gone right this week for me, except for these nails. Jazzie worked on my nails and I'm telling you that they are absolute perfection. I gave them a design that I was looking for, and not only did they execute it perfectly, the service was beyond friendly, and they were extremely professional. I've posted photos below of what I asked for and what I got. I can't tell you guys how extremely happy I am with this set. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for something detailed or intricate. The team was fun and playful and had a great vibe to them. Made an appointment over the phone! The manager, Lucas, is very friendly and kind towards staff and guests. The nail specialist technicians wear masks. And social distancing is enforced Bc guests/customers stayed in their own pods with specialists! Quyen/Chrissy helped me! She's warm and inviting and knows exactly what she is doing! Taking my old dip nails off and doing my nails took it our total which is pretty good time wise for those who are in a schedule! Very professional! The ambience of the salon is very clean very inviting and warm. I really enjoyed the aesthetics and all they have to offer! Def check in to earn points! Best nail salon in Austin!! The owner, San, is amazing and so talented at what she does. That's high praise from me because I am VERY picky about nail techs. I have been going to San for two years and I have loved my nails every single time. I cannot tell you the number of compliments I get on my nails on a daily basis. I've also gotten a few pedicures. And they have been great. With other salons that I've been to, the pedicures often felt rushed and I was disappointed by the quality of the experience. At Bellagio, they take a reasonable amount of time and do a really great job. I would give 10 stars if I could. read more

Stumble across this place on Yelp, so I decided to give it a try. Although they've only been open for 2 weeks, the customer service was top notch and my nails look amazing. I showed Chloe a picture, and she was able to replicate what I wanted without hesitation. Great small talk and ambience. Highly recommend Bellagio Nails! You can trust me and my review on this nail salon. I have driven three and a half hours just to get my nails done that's how picky and important it is to me. I have searched everywhere in Austin and have been very disappointed. I found this place recently and are getting my nails done by Nina the owner and she is amazing The nail salon is gorgeous, clean and the staff all work together in making your experience with them a good one. The owner takes great care of you. He is super considerate and thoughtful and checks up on you. Not only do you want to come back for great nails but for the great service too. This place is a hot mess. Went to Coby based on Yelp recommendations. I had an appointment but they had me wait 45 minutes. Both the work and customer service were mediocre at best. Fast service at the cost of being sloppy, messy and unhygienic. I walked away with several cuts from the driller and filer, my fingers hurt all night. Overall, the staff is nice. Manager Ben did his best to rectify the situation, he was kind and professional but the environment and service left much to desire. Went to another salon the next day to get my nails fixed, it was an absolute waste of money and time. read more

I really wanted to like this place because I've followed their Instagram for a while and thought their work looked great. I had an appointment a couple weekends ago for just a simple mani/pedi. The woman who did my pedicure was great, but when it came time for my manicure I felt like I wasn't a priority. I didn't want anything special, just a regular polish manicure and the guy who did it made me feel like I wasn't worth his time. He was distracted, running around the salon, haphazardly painting my nails in between. They didn't come out great -- you could see the uneven layers of polish on my nails-- I really should have said something but I just wanted to leave. Even if a guest isn't getting some elaborate set, you should still make them feel like their business matters. read more

My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

He was a little rough to the touch as times with my pedi. The pulling and moving my feet & toes quickly and/ or forcing them down from time to time was uncomfortable. I didn't say anything but looked at him. The manicure wasn't done completely. He massaged my forearm but missed my hands. I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. I thought about my experience on my way home. A mani/ pedi is not cheap. If I can't enjoy it and relax I'd rather not return nor refer any more friends to their shop. I'm disappointed. R. Chambers

The third person ended up waiting over 45 minutes and just left. This place over promised and under delivers. Better off going somewhere. Next time you go, they might not even have a spot for you. Very very poor service.

What I didn't expect was to wait a full 30 minutes for her to arrive. My 50 minute service was squished into 28 minutes so that she could move on to her next appointment. The positive? Nichelle was good at what she does, so I imagine her full service, full length pedicure is pretty great. When I went to check out, the receptionist took $10 off, which seemed like a drop in the bucket for the rushed, subpar pedi. I was also perplexed because they now run two transactions: one for the service, one for the tip, and the tip has tax added onto it? Such a bummer, especially for what is supposed to be a little luxury moment of self-care. Off to find a new spot to get my nails done...
