Although very apologetic and I was understanding because things do happen I waited 25 minutes. She stated she had been working on the client before me since 11:00 am and my appointment was at 2:00. Julie was very professional but did not use 40 minutes to do a complete facial and I left without feeling like she did a thorough job requiring me to come back to finish and pay another $350 dollars. I told her I couldn't afford that and that I was quoted what I paid that day including follow ups. I made an appointment for a follow up but called back the next day for clarification. I cancelled my appointment not able to talk to Julie and I made it clear that they needed to quote a price accurately and make it very clear to new clients what the price would actually be. I am in Seattle quite a bit and will find a Medical Spa in Seattle in the future.

The room was warm, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of music and water sounds. The facial itself was focused on a deep clean, exfoliation, and clearing pores. It was full of delicious, non offensive scents that smelled like lemon cello, peanut butter, cherry, fruit punch (not artificial), green tea, eucalyptus and peppermint.
