Julie was very professional but did not use 40 minutes to do a complete facial and I left without feeling like she did a thorough job requiring me to come back to finish and pay another $350 dollars. I told her I couldn't afford that and that I was quoted what I paid that day including follow ups. I made an appointment for a follow up but called back the next day for clarification. I cancelled my appointment not able to talk to Julie and I made it clear that they needed to quote a price accurately and make it very clear to new clients what the price would actually be.
