Julian mentioned to me that he started doing work in Florida which was gaining a lot of momentum but assured me my project was a priority. Because of the influx of new business SolidSquareNY implemented a calendar system to schedule meetings. They told me to speak to Julian I needed to schedule a meeting, which I did. I scheduled several meetings with him and each time I scheduled a meeting, he was a no show. Initially there was an excuse that he was on another call, but then there was no reason given at all, he was just a no show. Then I scheduled a visit to the property and drove the 2.5 hours to the property for Julian to be a no-show. I called him when I was sitting in front of the property, and he didn't answer. I did get a call back from Felicia who said he had a family emergency, which I understood. However, he should have sent someone in his place, which he didn't. After that, I tried repeatedly to contact Julian and his team, and they ghosted me. They didn't return any of my calls or messages. But they had no problem cashing the tens of thousands of dollars in payments I submitted. They DID NOT complete the job. Didn't even come close. The work they did had to be redone by a new contractor. Please take this warning seriously and do not hire them. They will take your money and disappear.
