Instead of taking ownership of how they did not send the prescription to the right location or get the right information, from the insurance company, to the correct pharmacy; they blamed it on the pharmacy. It's January 2025 and I still haven't received my prescription. Looking for a new dermatologist and highly don't recommend these people because of the lack of care their representatives show.

I don't know if she hates her job or if she's dealing with personal issues that she's bringing to work, but she definitely shouldn't be in a profession that requires caring for people. She spent only three minutes with me, didn't address my concerns, and left me feeling like an inconvenience. I left the clinic with a terrible feeling, and I will never, ever come back. I certainly wouldn't want to see this woman again with her bad attitude, let alone have her be responsible for my care. Dont come here! Find somewhere else to go. We have never had any complaints or issues with this location, they have always been very friendly, and helpful with any prescription questions that we have had. Unfortunately, my wife came down with Covid 19 from over the weekend, and our Doc put in a prescription for Paxlovid (the common cure for Covid now days). Well, to my surprise, I go to pick up the prescription and the price is over $300.00, with insurance (no longer the government issue, commercial issue now). It wasn't that I didnt have the money to pay for it, I want my wife to get better. I would pay $1k if I had to, just so my wife could get rid of this crud. But it was the sticker shock of what the cost was before, compared to now. Janea "The pharmacist" must have seen the look on my face, and proceeded to tell me about a program that I could apply for, that could bring the cost of the medicine down in price and possibly save me a couple hundred dollars. She gave me the paper to call, which I texted to my wife, within a matter of few minutes she was approved, gave her a card to show to the pharmacist, which she emailed to me, and I kid you not, the bill for the Paxlovid came down from over $300.00 down to $0.00 out of pocket! Most employee's would not go out of their way to help their customers save money in this day in age. However, I do have to say that "Janea" (again, sorry if the spelling is wrong), deserves a big pat on her back, for her customer service, friendliness, and willing to step out of the box and go the extra mile and offer assistance, in a situation like this. Walgreens, you have a very valuable employee here, an asset to Walgreens. Make sure you treat her well, because she most defiantly looks out for her customers, and their needs. They have an insane selection of bar soaps (freshly cut from the loaf when you buy), body washes, massage bars, lotions, bath salts/scrubs, soy candles, and basically any soap-like thing you can think of, all handmade on the premises and featuring unique and [for the most part] pleasant scents. There is a series of soaps inspired by the 7 deadly sins and the 7 heavenly virtues. There are soaps for your dog. There are soaps for sensitive skin, or for exfoliating, or aromatherapy, etc. etc. This place beats Lush any day. If shipping costs were not added ridiculousness, I would just order from Milagros online. With each purchase, they also throw in two "ends" (leftover bits of a random loaf that didn't make the 1/2lb cut). If you're really broke, like me, they also sell the "ends" alone in packs of two or three for something like $5-- great for sampling purposes. Beyond the unique and pretty products, the staff was very friendly (though this is kind of necessary for a ski town) and the store itself was just plain cute. As of a few years ago, there was also a giant dog roaming the space (but he didn't touch the soaps, don't worry). All of it's quite pricey at something like $8 per 1/2lb, but I have not since found a soap since that is as amazing as their Banana Bliss, Creamy Coconut, or Mitty Gritty. Besides, maybe $8 is permissible when you consider that these soaps are probably being gifted, rather than being used on your own dirty, undeserving body.

The process was somewhat complicated due to some errors on the websites end but Heather went above and beyond and personally made sure i was taken care of.
