No hesitation in working me in due to tooth pain. The staff is genuinely friendly and inviting. They showed no frustration, never made me feel like they were doing me a favor. They checked in to be sure I was comfortable. Dr. Somaiy is thorough, she too is genuinely interested in what you have going on, making sure I understood to call and check in on my progress. My husband had a terrible experience recently with an incompetent assistant that left him in a great deal of pain. The hygienist, Jen, is very attentive and friendly. The 40 minute drive is too far for a dentist I do not believe is up to the task. If you don't have anything complicated to deal with, I imagine Dr. Patel would be fine. This is the first time we heard about it. No statements or contact prior to this and unfortunately my wife had reached her insurance maximum since it wasn't submitted by ADD until SEPTEMBER. The first phone call my wife did say "I am not paying it" then she was told it would be sent to collection (without even sending the FIRST bill). I called twice today and heard the same thing from the front desk so I asked for someone above her which she said she would have the dentist Dr. Patel call me back but what I got was a call from a "SO CALLED" manager that proved to lack ANY customer service skills. They take NO responsibility whatsoever for being very very late to submit the claim to the insurance and the problem it has caused us. We always pay what is right but for them to not work with us on this is uncalled for. BEWARE they will get you however they can. No wonder they can't keep a dentist long term.
